The best restaurants in Blaby East Midlands

This was the most vile meal I have ever bought. We had a toasted sandwich with an extra side of fries. The fries were cold the sandwich was only tasted slightly on the top the underneath side was soggy limp bread I had a cheese and tomato only to be given cheese and tomato paste… 🤮 I would advise anyone to avoid this cafe

Took over an hour and a half to get to me. Worst burritto iv ever had bland soggy and my sweet potato fries were stone cold like not even luke warm just cold this was supposed to be for my dinner now i have the inconvenience of ordering from else where to wait even longer

Increadibly long wait, staff were rude and rather pricy. I'd recommend you look outside of the hotel in the morning.

9.30pm, we were the only customers. We ordered 2 burgers with fries, onion rings & 3 hot drinks. The food was tepid at best, the staff were playing loud music & no-one was wearing either hair nets or beard nets. If not for the fact that we had had a very long day of travelling we would have returned the food & insisted that a fresh order be cooked. If we ever visit these services again we will buy a bag of crisps!!

Shocking customer service. Ordered food and told within the hour for delivery. 2.5 hours later and still no food. Will NOT use again unfortunately. Not one apology. Shame as it has always been amazing.

I love this place its clean open and airy and the food is FRESH and HOT! Green curry is the best with the Firefly juices!!!!

Comparison to Krispy Kreme donuts I know which I prefer. It's the later. We went to try Dunkin Donuts for the first time today. We won't bother going again. The donuts were stale. The coffee though was ok.

Pizza was very tasty, but the vegetarian margarita pizza came with a piece of ham in the box. How this can happen is unbelievable and put the vegetarian diner of there meal. When we phoned to complain the guy said they couldn’t refund the money and either have another pizza or a pizza when we next ordered. We also didn’t have the soft drink we ordered with the meal deal. Perhaps a refresher course in customer service would help?

Absolute rubbish service. Not one smile, not one hello, and not once did she stop talking in her own language to her colleagues. Food was good though. From ordering to receiving my food, 27 minutes, and it wasn't even that busy.

Got the food.stone cold .chips looked like scraps from the day before.cheesy chips were horrendous.the one pizza had no topping just tomato sauce..never will I order from there again .could of made my own food for a fraction of the price.

I ordered pizza as a treat for the family and I was unwell so could not cook. Food was sent at reasonable time , problem was the Uber driver got lost and tried to deliver the pizza to everyone but me! I had to go look for him and by the time we got the pizzas they were cold! Also I ordered gluten free for my daughter as she has a wheat allergy and she still had an allergic reaction so they cannot claim their pizzas to be gluten free if they make them in the same area as the other pizza. Other than that the pizzas were okay.

I love a good garden centre cafe. They're normally such bubbly, relaxed, lovely places, full of middle-aged people enjoying a cake before buying another aspidistra. But not this one. This is the garden centre anti-cafe. The staff could not be slower - the queue for ordering food was more than twenty minutes despite staff standing about chatting. Then, they ran out of most vegetarian food options, including chips. But nobody had told the person taking the orders, so they happily took payment, which then needed refunding and re-ordering. It's a total mess. To add insult to injury, though this place is dog-friendly, my dogs were made to feel much less than welcome. A member of staff loudly and publicly berated me for feeding mine a sliced-up sausage roll.

Tried this place soon after opening and it was dreadful. However tried recently for breakfast and in fairness it was very good and £3.49 for breakfast wrap, hash brown and a bottle of coke zero it is much cheaper the Macdonald’s. What I was very impressed with, inside the restaurant and the toilets were absolutely spotless - unlike Macdonalds Yes I would go back
