The best restaurants in Daventry East Midlands

We got our lunch from this lovely little place, excellent rolls with tasty fillings and with the tasty treats on offer we went back for some cake for afters.

The best Greek food I’ve had since living in Cyprus. I had the chicken souvlaki and my partner had the lamb souvlaki. Meat was moist and tender, halloumi was top quality. Prices very reasonable when you order directly with them. Will most definitely be back soon.

Never tried thai before, ordered green curry, mixed starters and pad thai, i then asked the lady to recommend something. Food was hot, plenty of it and all i can say is wow, so so tasty. Would certainly recommend and i think we now have found our new fav takeaway.

Simply amazing and presentation is quite unique along with the food so good we had an evening meal but went back next day for Sunday lunch which is great value. Sadly no steak on the evening menu but they came up trumps to offer a sirloin steak out of the blue

About as good as a local cafe can be, cheaper than chips too

First experience at Alicante and let me just say WOW! Food was extraordinary, the atmosphere was incredible and the service was just outstanding. We came to celebrate my Dads birthday, just me, my 8 year old son and myself, they accommodated to children and I didn’t go in making it obvious it was a birthday dinner treat, they really took it in and made the night as special as they can. We ABSOLUTELY will be returning! Thank you guys for making our experience worth every penny!

We were all starving and very kindly we were served even though it was nearly closing time! I had risotto, the rest of the party had spicy prawn pasta and the kids had burgers and fish fingers. All ate well. Thankyou!

Only the two of us a home and to cook a full Sunday roast is time consuming, pricey and the washing up after. This is by far the best we have had yet. Absolutely Gorgeous. Well done to the team and Chef.

We visited the outdoor restaurant and pizza bar. The bar area had a really nice holiday vibe where you could sit outside overlooking a stunning showjumping arena. The staff were very friendly who quickly served us and took our food order. We had soft drinks and vegetarian burgers, with chips and homemade slaw. It was delicious and competitively priced. We'll definitely return soon, even if to just drink and take in the atmosphere.
