The best restaurants in East Northamptonshire East Midlands

Not sure what they could have done better, incredible food and service

Mid way between Stamford and Northamton (almost), it made an ideal venue for our anual family Christmas gathering. Terrific staff, fabulous food, faultless service and a lovely atmosphere.

Every dish we had so far are the best! All fresh and full of flavour. Staff are friendly and make sure your glasses are never empty. Great value for money and the atmosphere is lovely and cosy.

True country pub to get a drink after a walk round the countryside. Service excellent. Prices reasonable

Most probably the best food I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a cosy pub with great food next to an open fire then you have found it. Make sure you book though as it gets very busy. Ask for Jamie and say jack sent you.

It used to be a nice little place with nice food. The milkshakes were some of the best that I've ever had. The food was alright it depended on what you had. If you are looking for a similar kind of restaurant nowadays, try Amigo's near Stony Stratford.

Poor food and expensive but place has nice setting

This is the best Dominos I've ever tried, the pizza is baked to perfection and the service is top-tier, this place is run with a passion, and it shows. Parking is also fairly easy, even during peak traffic.

Both had Steak and Ale pie, meat melted in your mouth, service excellent, definitely worth another visit. The portions very generous.

Had a meal tonight, chicken and chips were fine, but the apple pies we usually have were awful this time, undercooked and mine stuck to the box so much I had to tear it open. I only had one mouthful, it tasted awful, and one of the others went uneaten for the same reason.

Just don't listen to what you've asked for and food is average .

Had my 1st meal from here Saturday had to ring and chase got delivered: once eaten spent all day Saturday and Sunday shitting and throwing up food poisonings really bad only had Singapore chow mein and some of the wife's boiled rice, never go here again

Our waitress was so lovely. I didn't get her name, but she honestly needs a raise. She had dark curly hair and glasses and was all by herself, bar the 2 staff members in the kitchen. There was a sweet blonde lady in the kitchen that helped with serving when she saw it was getting busy. There were 4-6 tables in by the time we left, and she was working so hard and still made the time to have my son help her with his Sundae. 10/10
