EVERYTHING is right at this restaurant. The service (so nice), the food (so delicious), the atmosphere (so cosy), the look (hello Paris!). We really had a wonderful evening here. Starters: Soup du Jour, Houmous, and the Baked Normandy Camembert. Main courses: Chicken Normandy, 8oz Rump, and Winter Salad. Mmmmmmm. Delicious!

Good atmosphere, but that's it really about the positivity. The Cranberry juice made of some kind of dirt cheap squash, which was the first warning sign and massive disappointment. The steak was overcooked and cold with plenty of hard and chewy bits in it and the overpowering chargrilled flavour made it such an awful experience. The chips are dead and oily, no crispiness, or crunchiness, whatsoever. The whole place is overrated and overpriced with no reason. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, even some local pubs are delivering much better flavours and quality than this place!

I recently visited Amaravathi Restaurant in Leicester, and it was an amazing experience! The South Indian Veg Thali was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of authentic flavors that took me straight to South India. The Mango Lassi was the perfect complement—refreshing and rich with a delightful mango flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you're a fan of South Indian cuisine or looking to try something new, I highly recommend Amaravathi. I'll definitely be visiting again soon!

I discovered this place randomly and it has become a real favourite. I really love their momos as they are authentic Nepali style and although it’s not on the menu, if you ask them they can do jhol momos for you, which is momo in a gravy. The best bit is that the vegetarian momos have soya keema that’s just flavoured right. But be warned, it has Schezuan pepper so it is a bit spicy. The paneer tikka was really delicious and the quality of paneer was good too. My parents liked the baigan bharta. We had naan with the meal and that was good too. The saag was a little undercooked but overall a good experience. Forgot to take the photos the first time I went there, I had the egg curry and it was just so delicious. Only complaint was the place we were sitting was a little chilly as the heater vent was facing away from us.

Always a constant long wait for chips! Never any ready! I once left the queue and drove all the way to Grimsby chip shop on welford road instead, drove back past the fish shack and the woman who was in front of me still hadn't been served! Absolute waste of time going there.
