The best restaurants in Melton East Midlands

Lovely pub, great food and fantastic service. Very attentive manager. Beautiful open fire to relax in front of. Food has always been good, especially the cheese pie and the Sunday roast. If you enjoy a glass of red I would recommend the Primitivo.

We went for the Sunday lunch menu. The food was really delicious and presented so well and plentiful !The crumble was a little watery,but the service was outstanding! The waitress was hospitable and friendly. A lovely, traditional pub which also has modern elements. Just perfect.

A proper traditional pub , log fire , dog friendly 👌 & still have cheese and onion rolls 😋 on the bar freshly made & bar snacks. Toilets clean, good selection of beer's & drinks & friendly people. It's not a eating pub . Feel safe if you go in alone or 2/3 lady's by yourself. Nice little pub .

Awesome traditional local chippy. Veggie burgers are just awesome, chips done just the way I like 'em. Excellent value for money portions. Andy & his brother are sound.

Exactly what you hope for when you get a takeaway pizza. The pizza was amazing, especially the crust, as well as the fresh tasting tomato sauce and toppings. The service was great, and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Just won £94 on Euromillions was 2 numbers away from £14mill so we just had unbelievable Italian veggie linguini 2 bottles of house red 2 other meals just top draw. Had Creme Brulee to finish. I got to be honest this has to be my new favourite Italian. Excellent value for money, every mouthful was definitely worth the price. It was so good we booked a table for Valentines Day a resounding, and well deserved 1000/1000 from us. Perfect way to start the New Year.

Our fav go to pub always buzzing with atmosphere

I have tried to reserve a table via the website but zero response. I have tried calling several times - no answer. They are open - so why am I bothering? Have had a number of enjoyable experiences at Amore in the past, but I shall now book somewhere else for this evening and shall not bother them again. Perhaps they are fully booked and don’t answer the ‘phone once they are? So discourteous if that is their game.

Great place to have a beer, meet friends and play pool 🎱 warm and hospitable.

Great chippy, fish and chips are fantastic and the service is quick and efficient.

Really nice. They fitted us in. Service was great. Owner and staff super friendly. Wine fab. Food excellent. Nice place. Will certainly return.
