If you take your coffee (or tea) seriously, you must pop into the Major Coffee shop. They will make your coffee to order from the beans of your choice (they stock a remarkable range) and it invariably tastes fantastic. The same goes for their range of teas. Friendly, prompt service and very inexpensive (I thought so, for the quality of the products) and if you sit in, rather than takeaway, you can enjoy the mellow blues playing low on the sound system. Super atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Although the spring rolls starter was lovely the noodle dish was massively disappointing. Very bland, definitely quantity over quality! Both main dishes were a massive let down. I would sooner have had a bowl of super noodles and saved a lot of money! Shame as Vietnamese food is ordinarily a cuisine I love!

Wow! Absolutely stunning food. The tasting menu is exceptional. Beautifully paced and balanced with fabulous wine parings. The atmosphere is perfect, relaxed but with a buzz of excitement expectation and delight from all the diners. Every course was packed with flavour and invention, visually appealing delightful eating and delicious fascination with the skill of the chefs. Front of house staff were attentive but unobtrusive creating a truly memorable evening. I can’t wait to dine here again . First class !!

This is an absolute gem of a restaurant, we had excellent service, sumptuous food and a nice relaxed atmosphere. 3 courses of pure delight, including fresh pasta in the richest game stock. Unctuous beef cheek that was melt in the mouth, and a light and perfect creamy panacotta. A little slice of Italian heaven on plates. If you're going, make sure to have focaccia to share, it's aassive portion, too much for one(or 2 really) but such lovely bread.

Soooo disappointed today. Have been here a few times over the years and always enjoyed the food, but the last couple of times it has been below par. "Burnt ends" are not burnt ends - it is brisket with a different marinade. Bao buns were also disappointing, missing the garnish/pickle and were very "one note". Feels like the creativity and passion has disappeared, portions smaller, making it all overpriced. The staff are absolutely lovely, atmosphere is good and the service is absolutely fine, just feel very disappointed and £40 out of pocket. A real shame!
