By far the best Indian restaurant in Nottingham. Great atmosphere, the staff are amazing. You just couldn’t ask for more.

Went here today for brunch and can thoroughly recommend! I went for the "Bad Ass" combo which has sausage, bacon, mushrooms, eggs, pancakes & amazing hash browns. Also comes with unlimited tea/coffee/OJ. There were many other great options on the menu too - next time I'd try the breakfast scramble. We were greeted warmly by the great staff and were seated at the diner bar. Food was great, good service and pleasant atmosphere. If I still lived in Nottingham I'd be back every week!

Obviously, where the is a tasting menu, there will likely be one or two dishes that are not to everyone’s liking. Last night 10 of us attended my wife’s birthday celebrations and with the exception of a mushroom dish, and the bread and butter, pretty much the whole party disliked the rest. My son summed it up best on leaving, saying I’m off for some chicken nuggets on way home. It was truly the worst tasting menu experience (not the service), I’ve ever had. I recommend the Chefs visit ‘The Tasting Club’ near Ashbourne to see how it should be done, for around half the price! Last night was £2,000 wasted.

On a cold evening, it was brilliant sitting close to a blazing log burner, enjoying a pint or two of their superb gorilla stout.

I never thought I’d write a love letter to a sandwich, but here we are. Tough Mary’s Bakery in Nottingham has officially ruined all other sandwiches for me with their whipped stilton Christmas masterpiece. It wasn’t just a sandwich; it was an edible declaration of festive joy. The bread? Perfection—soft, golden, with just enough crunch to remind you that life is worth living. The whipped stilton? Oh, the whipped stilton! Light as a snowflake and yet decadently rich, like it had been churned by angels in a cheese-filled heaven. Tough Mary’s, you’ve set an impossible standard. Not only was the sandwich a revelation, but the bakery itself was cozy, friendly, and filled with the kind of warm smells that make you forget it’s freezing outside. If you’re in Nottingham and haven’t been yet, what are you doing with your life? Go. Immediately. And if they offer you anything with whipped stilton, prepare to have your world rocked.

1st class every time I love the food

This is always our first stop, and sometimes, the only stop when we are drinking in Canning Circus. Great selection of beers, and always new one's on offer to keep your taste buds on their toes! Always friendly service with a good knowledge of the beers! The sun terrace is lovely, if you get the weather (don't forget your sun cream). Sign up for the loyalty card, and you will get a little back each time you buy a beer.....to spend on more beer!

Stayed at Harts a few times now . Staff are always very pleasant and efficient. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are very clean . Location is great for Central Nottingham but limited space in the Hotel car park although we have always managed to get a space. Used to be free but the Hotel are now charging but still cheaper than other Car parks. Overall a great option when staying in Nottingham.

Amazing food … we had the Sunday roast .. roast beef .. beautiful food and staff all lovely. Amazing atmosphere look forward to our next visit

Visitamos aquí para la puesta al día anual de Navidad de nuestro amigo. Grupo de seis (normalmente somos muchos más ) reservado con mucha antelación y una excelente comunicación con los propietarios a través de correos electrónicos. El ambiente es hermoso y tranquilo, el personal fantástico ( gracias a todos ) no es exigente o exigente. Todo el personal muy agradable. Pedimos el menú de Navidad que no decepcionó en absoluto! ¿Mi única queja sería que me hubiera gustado que sirvieran la salsa por separado? Relación calidad-precio y grandes porciones. No podemos esperar para visitar de nuevo y también planificar la comida de Navidad del año que viene aquí de nuevo el próximo año. Sin duda recomiendo una visita a este lugar que admite perros también. Muchas gracias a todos y nos vemos muy pronto.

Encontré este encantador restaurante por accidente. Tuvimos una comida tradicional vietnamita, que era delicioso y lleno. El personal era amable y atento sin ser intrusivo. Volveremos aquí de nuevo.
