They changed the wings and it’s not good spicy and rather disappointed in this tbf

We were a mixed group of rabid meat eaters and vegetarians with some gluten-free complications mixed in. The menu was fantastic with so much choice and creativity. Our family get together became so convivial we stayed for a second shift to resolve the menu dilemmas we'd felt at lunchtime!

Small, basic but does the job. Nice food, small menu but covers most needs. Clean toilets. Good and fair prices. Starting to display Christmas items.

My partner & I waited 15mins for our orders of simply boneless chicken fillets & drinks. Once ordered, the employee behind the counter immediately removed our orders from both the "preparing" and "ready" screens and carried on chatting to a delivery driver. We saw our orders sat awaiting his attention for at least 10 of the 15mins we waited before he decided to look back at the "processed" orders to first give my partner his order. When he stepped away to sit & eat, the employee left me stood still waiting & started processing another order before asking me if I had an order I was waiting for. If the orders hadn't been removed until they'd actually been processed, they'd know who was still waiting for orders & what the orders were. It's falsifying their figures & causing bad customer service. It's never busy enough when I've been, to warrant the bad customer service. The employees seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves & delivery drivers, than getting the job done. The food is nice but on this occasion, the chicken was ridiculously greasy & caused the box to break before taking it out the bag, it had been sat there so long before serving.

Over 5 quid for a large coffee now with x shot, which would be fine if costa coffee didn't taste like bathwater. Genuinely don't know how they charge so much more than other companies but without the bean quslity to match. Another large corporation thinking the consumer owes then something. Saying that the staff here are lovely. The car park however and venue, a miserable, town ruining traffic slog of depression. Oh, and turn the heating down. Nearly passed out, you don't need a building above 30c

Only had a double espresso but McDonald’s coffee’s good ☕️

Ran out of breakfasts the sausages good the service is slow got a dirty cup and the Coca Cola machine is out of order all the time maybe might come back

Well these places don’t get any better Firstly the service was poor. And I mean poor. People just wandering around behind the counter and when asking for something it looked like I was out of order for asking Smug smiles!!!!! Food. Absolute crap. Soggy food and the cheap bits. Let’s see what the next one brings
