A highly recommended place to eat. Very good quality Mediterranean food. I recommend the moussaka and the hake. The service is very attentive.

An outstanding Thai takeaway - it is such a shame they don't have a restaurant! Have used them over the years & all their food is fabulous, their portions are large & the prices are very good. Definitely the best Thai in the area - please give them a try!

Went for a drink on the Halloween themed evening. The landlord had put a great Halloween display with moving models etc but the best part was the 4 skeletons drinking beer on a table outside the pub. Great display I'm told he does a display at Christmas etc. Great atmosphere!

Good pizza kinda wierd impersonal system. Ok some weeks later I went back. Very amused by the owner John and his reply to my review. So here is my honest update. You can't make a better pizza anyway in the world. Why? Simply because of John's knowledge and pride and dedication to providing the very best that he and his staff can do. The 72hr fermentation of the dough is only for true connasuirs and requires a lot of extra work and time. So why. Because the depth of flavour, lightness and crispness of the dough is only possible this way. Thank you John for bringing this to us, it's Simply unparalleled anywhere I've been. We love, love, love Mr Tanaka’s! Every time we visit Hertford we go here for food. The brothers who run it are wonderfully kind and talented. The food is top notch. The menu is refreshed and the specials are always brilliant. The atmosphere and layout is warm and cosy. There are only so many tables so you get an exclusive feel when dining here. One of my favourite places in the world to eat. If you haven’t been you are missing out and should book immediately!! You won’t be disappointed!!! Itadakimasu!! 🤩

By far the tastiest oriental takeaway I've had in a long time. The tiger prawn in sweet n sour and fried rice was amazing. Delivered in good time along with chop sticks which made it a really nice authentic meal. Topped of with a fortune cookie which was a great touch. Thank you for a great first experience using Sukira! Will be back for more soon. 👍

came here for a little christmas outing with my family, the food was nothing short of perfection, every course was delicious, every waitress was spot on and the atmosphere was incredible. We had the mezedakia to start which was a selection of all the best dips which was lovely and complimentary bread to accompany it. Then i had the homemade Tava as recommended by my waitress, i’d never had this before but i was definitely impressed and will have again! the drinks came out hastily and like everything else was delicious! i had a lovely night and all thanks to tommy! can’t wait to return soon!!

What's so "amazing" about this place is that they decided to charge a high bill price fair enough the food was edable and my choice. But instantly want £30 + more for the tables service charge and £5 + for a bottle of water which is actually wrong in my opinion, it's not until you go to one of these pop ups you realise how overly price and gready they are! Not returning!
