Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Had absolutely no taste, delivered after an hour and a half and order was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend!

Very bad program. Everything closed at 11, on a Friday evening. Some people still work, they can't come at 5 o'clock when they open.

I was taken here by a local expert. Often when one sees fish and chips, gyros, Korean wings and battered pineapple all on the same menu, its possible to suspect foul play. But I was pleasantly surprised to find each element of their incredibly diverse menu to be executed to perfection. Particular standouts were the spicy potatoes and chicken tenders. The blue cheese sauce feels rogue but it's best to sit back and trust that you are in safe hands, go with the flow. The DJ was also lighting little fires all over the place with the beats he was dropping. Overall a fully immersive and enjoyable experience.

Very disappointing food and Multiple items missing, I have made 3 phone calls and sent 3 e mails and have been completely ignored by management. I am a frequent customer who has never had cause for complaint previously yet no one has bothered to address the fact our £50 meal was of a very poor quality on 25/11, the meal was disappointing enough and being ignored makes it ten times worse - very bad manners

ordered a kids meal and a Eight piece chicken meal And they forgot the chips gave me 7 wings got the wrong drink The number is out of service Can't get hold of them .... and the food was cold 🤦🏽‍♀️ pi**** me right off

Despite its prime location, this coffee shop falls short. Contrary to its 'Canada's Favourite Coffee' claim, the counters are often unmanned. The atmosphere lacks the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the cozy ambiance of competitors like Costa. Furthermore, the dirty and poorly maintained washrooms were a letdown. Overall, this coffee shop feels lifeless and fails to deliver the warm experience one expects.

Absolutely love this place, amazing food always on time. Cannot fault, superb value for money. Best veggie dansak I've ever had.

Ordered two large popcorn chicken meals and a mighty bucket meal. None of the chips were there , two of the chicken strips were missing paid £30, called up and asked for a half refund or a partial due to the fact no of my order was complete. Man on the phone was lovely trying to sort it , but was only offered a reference code that I can't use due to the fact I don't live in Harlow.

Ordered for a delivery, and they delivered the wrong pizza (toppings missing) I requested another one to which they agreed at first then called back and explained they was only sending me a smaller pizza as only half of it was wrong. After a while of explaining that, that isn’t good enough they agreed to send the order out again. Only this time they’ve barely cooked it and the pizza is near enough still dough. Terrible service will not be ordering again

I’d recommend avoiding this location and seeking alternatives outside the hospital to avoid overpaying."

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.
