The best restaurants in Harlow East of England

Great food and service! Never had a problem ordering from here and the food has always been lovely!

what a fantastic experience. Great food and so kind and helpful Waitresses. We have few allergies across family which usually really confuse waiters, but nothing is to much here!

My son had hes 15th birthday playing bowling and had followed onto pizza hut for a meal after. We were humbled by a wonderful gentleman called vasille ( apologies as spelling may be incorrect) who greeted us and gave us lots of time in explaining the menu and taking us to our table. He was very courteous and kind. My father in laws shoe was untied and vasille kindly offered to assist with this. He went above and beyond the entire time we were there. He took time in taking our order, listening to our concerns regarding food allergens. Hes manorism towards guests was upmost respectful and genuinly happy to help. I asked if he could sing happy birthday to my son with a cake and him and a few other members of staff had no problems in arranging this for us. He even advised if we have discount codes to use them for the bill. It was a pleasure to have him assist us and wanted to say publicly that this person deserves recognition for hes service towards others. A very hard worker and hes peoples skills are amazing. !!!! Well done and thank you vasille for helping create a wonderful birthday atmosphere for my son and treating us all with kindness!!! Lovely food aswell!!

Bulk standard coffee and service, walked in with no high expectations and ofcourse met fully. I ordered large latte and lemon poppy seed muffin. The coffee was luke warm and very weak, muffin was dry.....but i didn't expect more. This place need a proper attention!!

We had a takeaway from here. The rice was like boil in the bag rice, the Mushroom were hard, the chicken was rubbery and the prawn balls we're disgusting.so it's a big Big NO from the Long family for now on. No where near as good as Golden Dragon.

Poor quality pizzas 2 for 1 mid week special, rubbish topings poor quality and I don't know what the base was made of , never again.

It's a shame, I love Wimpy Harlow one is very unwelcoming. Don't even put ketchup out anymore. They give you a little pot to taste from. They should visit Wimpy in Loughton or Cheshunt to see how that is run.

4 of us went for Breakfast at the 5th Avenue store Harlow on the 15th August. We were told no beans no tomato sauce , we ordered for 2 children by the way and that is important to them. The fried eggs were like rubber and the toast , had barely seen the toaster. There didn't seem anyone in charge to complaints to. It was appalling . In the past the food was always quite good. Such a shame, its not the right way to attract customers back. Will never visit again.

Don't know why i went here but my belly is wishing i didn't. the shake wasn't very nice was just tasting nothing but sugar so bad i could feel my throat starting to ache.

Came in for dinner today and was really pleased. The food was lovely and service from Milos was wonderful. Will be back soon.

I have had roughly 10 pizzas from here , I always collect with the any size pizza for 9.99p collection only and it has always been perfectly cooked 😋

Great hospitality, Hot tub was amazing. However was offered a double or single burger asked for both still only got a double. Not impressed. Sausages were too hot and had to eat off a stick as no cutlery was provided. Will come back though just for the hot tub. Caution conversation lacking. Will try and make you hold children. Have since last review updated their serving style. No longer just sausage on a stick we have taken a trip back to the 80's and now been given food in a basket. Hospitality is as good as before. And hosts have now changed to bring your own food. However napkins only provided when thrown at your head across the room. Hot tub since removed (not impressed) but no children in sight other than my own (also not impressed)

Had a great night out with friends. Must mention a member of staff named Holly who went the extra mile and bought tasters of beer to our table as the preferred beer we had ordered on the app was unavailable. Great service Holly 👏

Being using here for years always has been great. Lovely food 😋
