Very over priced for what you get, had X2 cookie dough desserts with a coffee and a milkshake (pretty much just cream with a dash of chocolate sauce) which came up to £35, small portions will not go again,

The chow mein is nothing like I’ve ever seen before the noodles were like spaghetti we was very hungry when it turned up and didn’t each much at all, shame as we’ve used it before and it was nice, won’t be going back tho

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

Very good indeed. The sausage rolls are out of this world and the donuts are glazed to perfection. The staff seemed really nice. Pizza slices are also a good option to get if your planning on going to Greggs.

Visited today with my daughter I do not appreciate sitting having a quiet coffee listening to someone’s dog barking inside there.

Food here is good, but I don’t like the drinks, probably the worst flat white I have ever had. I don’t rate this pan e for drinks at all!

Rock hard bacon, sausage tasted sour like it was on the turn, raw fried eggs, and the mushrooms I don’t even think had been cooked!! Thank goodness for toast and beans on the plate as that is all I ate. Such a waste of food, cooked so terribly

Very poor quality food . Used to be very good not sure if new chefs or owners but definatly going downhill. Served beer in dirty glasses aswell

A very well appointed Indian/ Bangladeshi restaurant and take away. Clean and well presented dining areas and bar. Smart and well mannered staff. Good food in generous portions. We were quite impressed

This is the sixth time I've tried to enjoy a drink but it always takes too long to get what I've paid for. Today was in the region of 45-60 minutes and I had to give up again in order not to miss my bus home. I've tried different times and avoided busy periods but no luck so far...

I've ordered a Latte and was awaiting my coffee in the queue. And while we were waiting, there was a man who served the hot drinks one at a time for each customer, he did not ask for the drink that each customer had chosen because logically everyone knew what he had ordered in order of arrival . And when it was my turn, he said "Latteee!" and when wanted to take my coffee, he kept it back and asked me dismissively what I had ordered. Which I found weird, until I realized that he didn't ask this question to the customers before and even those who were right after me. He gave me back my coffee, but I felt I have been unfairly treated on the fact I'm black. I did not feel welcome. "Pret à Manger" must be very careful when they recruit staff and make sure they treat customer with respect and dignity. If This man was expecting to serve only white customers he clearly do not have his place to work there. Thanks

Not really gone here often for fish and chips..WON’T be going again..asked for cod and chips , got cold plaice and cold chips and the grease that ran off the paper , disgusting 🤢 Fish cakes and wedges were also cold..all for over £15…Toms is far far better but were closed

The food was disgusting and the manager refused a refund, called me a liar, laughed the issue off, and basically told me to get stuffed. Avoid this place. Rancid food and rancid people.
