Very tired and old building shady manager who runs it aswell don’t trust him!

Honestly the worst burger I have ever had in my life. I got the blue cheese burger for almost £10 without fries. Every ingredient was cheap and poorly applied. The cheese was disgusting, tasting like cheap microwave macaroni cheese meals. The patties themselves were thin and overcooked. The bun was falling apart. The onion chutney tasted off. You couldn't pay me to eat this, let alone charge £9.50 for it. Hopefully the loaded fries are better, but whatever you do don't go here for a burger. Edit: I see the owner tried to play this off as me not liking blue cheese and wanting something milder? I eat a lot of blue cheese, that's why I ordered the burger. It was just rubbish. The cheese was way too mild, I didn't even believe it was blue cheese

AVOID!!Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery! Very rude when phones and asked where food was will never use again food went straight in bin because who wants to eat at 10pm at night? Ordered just gone 8pm

Ordered a cup of coffee, but forgot to specify size. They bring me a soup bowl of coffee.. probably size L. I wonder if this is their policy, if you don´t specify size they go for large.

My family & I recently dined at wagamama's for a pre Christmas celebratory treat & get-together. The entire experience was utterly ruined by the overwhelming loud music being played which had a very fast tempo during the entire meal. It made us feel like we were in an eating race , it was absurd , deeply unrelaxing & unpleasant. I can't express enough how overpowering the music was , I've never experienced anything so blatant & obnoxious in any commercial environment to speed up our eating & clear the table for the next customers. Our meal was totally ruined by this intense use of music psychology & completely spoilt the ambiance. Such a shame as the service & food was good .

Staff are lovely if I order in shop. I order chicken and chip which is always really nice and comes within 5 mins. I ordered take away tonight for the first time. Everything was still very hot(although I am only a 5 minute drive away). It arrives before the estimated arrival time. Again food was lovely. One satisfied belly.

We Have ordered breakfast for takeaway. The food was awful. Soaked fried bread and tosts very not crunchy. Bacon was too salty. Terrible food. We paid £30 for two breakfast delivered to our home and that was not worthy at all. Do not recommend

Absolutely appalling service from manager. Disappointed with food, considering we are well aware it is only Wetherspoon!!!!!!! Asked for refund, initially refused and food brought back. Asked for manger. ‘Manager’ came back extremely confrontational would even let me explain what happened. So very rude, offered a pathetic £1 refund. Whetherspoons, you’re not lacking in money. Sort it out.

It is a nice spot in a great shop- but--there was an offer on bacon sandwiches coming to an end ( notified eligible customers by email). So half of Norfolk turned up. No bacon/ no bread. not very clever.

Toilets were totally disgusting lots of gay men hanging around 2 men in the end toilet .I would never go back to that store the staff are very rude
