The best restaurants in Victoria Southend-on-Sea East of England

Ordered from here in the past and has been okay but my order this weekend was delivered late and arrived lukewarm.

Each time i have ordered here, the food and service has got worse, tonight the chicken I ordered was greasy, the edamame looked like they had seen better days, didn't taste fresh and looked like they should have been thrown in the bin, rather than servicing to customers my food came out after all the mains had already been eaten, delay of around 30 minutes from when the others with us, had already eaten their mains, I know food arrives at different times, but 1/2 an hour after others had finished mains is poor service even the green tea, was luke warm, this resturant really needs improving

Found stones in my kebab, and salad had what it looked like pet hair. AVOID AVOID AVOID NO HYGIENE IN THIS PLACE THIS PLACE HAS GIVEN ME FOOD POISON I WAS ILL FOR 6 DAYS WHAT A BAD RESTAURANT TO ORDER FROM IN SOUTHEND IVE EATEN FROM SLUMS AND IT WAS BETTER THAN KC’s IF YOU WANT GOOD HEALTH NEVER ORDER FROM HERE THEY HAVE PET HAIR ON THEIR FOOD, HARD LIKE STONE IN THEIR KEBAB. DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DISGUSTING PLACE TO EAT FROM

no meat in the okra soup I feel cheated

Really yummy food! We had jerk chicken and rice with peas and veggies- all really fresh and om nom noms. Johnny made a coleslaw fresh even though he'd run out. What a sweetie! We'll be back again soon! Thanks J 🌸💖

Had a wonderful “Roast in the post” delivered. Every element was delicious and heated up brilliantly. Looking forward to the leftovers.

Chicken was very salty and soggy will not be ordering again

The food was stone cold and the meat ball marinara had literally no sauce and was dry! Not usual standard and really unhappy after spending £45 was subpar

Absolutely worth a visit! It was so nice to eat a meal that (took me back to the 90’s) The restaurant was clean , the food was freshly cooked , the staff were so friendly. Definitely go back again when visiting Southend .

Great food and reasonably priced, fast service . My one disappointment is that this takeaway is never open at 4:30pm as stated on the opening times

Normalmente nos encantan Shakeaways y soy un gran admirador. Yo estaba tan decepcionado con mi visita de hoy. Yo sólo tenía unos minutos, así que solo pedimos básico aéreo ó menta. Había dos camareros, pero entre ellos tardó casi veinte minutos para hacer mi apretón mientras reían y sniggering me y la otra al cliente en la tienda sentir muy incómodo. Cuando finalmente recibí mi apretón no gusto demasiado y terminó arrojando más de distancia. Muy decepcionante, ya que decir que me encanta la experiencia shakeaway normalmente.

On family visit and used the Cafe three times so far Service Good,order at the pay point ,staff will deliver Quality Coffee always hot and good flavour Food Bacon Roll,high quality The Space,comfortable seating,each visit was unhurried and stayed as long as I wanted Price Possibly a little higher than competitors but we'll worth it overall.

Bought 2 beef dishes. Very oily and my beef chow mein tasted burnt. I called the shop spoke to Helen, think she was the manager. She was very rude saying Theres nothing i can do. No I dont think theres a problem. Avoid this place..
