Just had Xmas dinner, absolutely gorgeous food , all served together and piping hot , chocolate brownie was a culinary symphony for the tastebuds , such a lovely place with amazing staff Thankyou to Jack and the team , truly wonderful Xmas dinner

Got there when they opened and it wasn't too crowded. Food was served hot and delicious. Plenty of choices for a vegan and GF (not celiac though). Tummy warming food for a cold winter day.

Went here with my girlfriend tonight. I ordered the “return of the mac” which was meant to be macaroni cheese. It turned up and it was quite literally boiled pasta with grated mozzarella on top with dry burnt bacon bits (this was £17!), my cheesy chips was melted burger cheese and stale fries. My girlfriend ordered Korean bbq tacos and said it was very sickly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Room looks magnificent, bed comfortable. But there's no water in the bathroom, hot or cold, there's no answer on the telephone when you call to ask them to sort it out, and there's no response to email. So disappointed that I can hardly begin to put it into words. No idea where I can go for a shower before attending a funeral this afternoon.

Coffee is very good but the place is filthy. Dirty tables, furniture should be in a skip, floor sticky. Don’t even mention the toilets.

Just so crap. Attended a wedding here, asked for an allergen list for the buffet, and was told I need to call ahead to let them know that I had an egg allergy. Staff told me I could have cheesy chips free, I asked for a burger at extra cost but an hour later when I ask if it's coming um toms I need to go to another building to order it. Try to order a drinks nd told it's card only... This place is run by the staff for the staff, the foods a joke and it's all very emotive. Never again. Further to previous review, landlord has justbehestcted me from the pub for "being difficult"; if you like being treated like a problem for asking a legitimate question the white horse is for you. It was very good food the staff were so polite and kind to everyone. I would definetly go back i had the chicken malayah and it was delicious. The service was pretty good they came with the food on a trolley which was a good idea instead if having to go back and forth. Very pleased

Nice town pub with a couple of benches for outdoor seating. Be aware that they don't do card payments and you must carry cash.

There was not a great option of food for people who are not vegetarian or vegan, i ended up getting just a BLT and this was very disappointing for the price you pay £10 for a sandwich that had hardly any bacon in it, and something that you can make at home and definitely be a lot better this was very disappointing , The service was shocking felt very unwelcome and no customer service skills at all. very disappointing considering the rest of the day was absolutely loverly
