Awful 🫣 waste of almost £50 for the 4 of us! Everything was just cheaply made, overcooked and not all that! Such a shame as it could do really well if they made it better!

Incredibly disappointed with my experience. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and the woman on the counter called my boyfriend “Babe” addressing him only and making clear advances. I find this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional!! Training needs to be provided on how to speak to customers -to make sure staff can use appropriate customer service techniques.

Ordered for delivery for the evening. Were informed delivery was 30/40 mins after an hour were told again would be 15 mins after an hour and a half “ food was on it way “ two hours later they cancelled our order and refused to answer our calls with no explanation we thenhad to claim our refund as it didn’t go through automatically and still showed on our account as taken.

Ordered a pizza here for me and my kids. Unfortunetly after an hour i recieved a phobe call from the driver saying he is refusing to get out his car and unless i leave my kids and come get it he would return to the shop. Guess what he did and after fighting to get a refund 7 days later i was given a phone call by the manager who promised me a free pizza and offered a number of excuses. Still no free pizza or compensation 14.02.23. Use the Jackson Road store if in Clacton as this lot are rude and useless.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the service by the rude receptionist was shocking. In the evening the guy at the desk was super friendly and helpful, in the morning the woman was rude unhelpful and hostile. We came down for breakfast at 7.00 am and she shouted at us where are you going as we tried to enter the breakfast room. She was sat gossiping with a long term tenant who had a super aggressive dog and could be heard bad mouthing other staff and ourselfs. We felt uncomfortable and didn’t know breakfast didn’t start till 8.00. In the morning we asked to stay another night. She said there were no rooms available. On booking. Com 3 rooms had been available as we wanted to stay another night. She was so rude it felt personal. We paid for breakfast and it wasn’t included the deal was b and b. Over all we over look how run down the room and loo was due to the historical building over all sad trip. The building has many people living and treating the hotel as home and it’s intimidating.

At mcdonalds weekey now (30th August) dirty dirty dirty. Dirty tables dirty floor and inside bins over flowing. No cleaners on today and no staff interested in cleaning, three managers and all are oblivious.

Do not use this McDonald’s,used drive through ordered 2 meals waited ages only 5 cars queuing when passed bag out of window checked bag quickly and left,when I arrived home missed one order out and yet was charged for it.rang branch got a idiot manager offering a free burger next time not free I paid numbskull.will not use here again and will tell as many as I can about these idiots.

Food nice and hot, quick service,staff lovely. Disappointed that no tissues in bag and the tops weren’t put on our drinks properly and spilled everywhere.

I am gluten free and therefore i eat bacon on its own from breakfast menu. Apparently despite using many other branches up and down the UK and never having a problem. This branch takes issue with just ordering bacon in a bag. This branch says it has to sell me a bacon roll i cannot eat, if i want any bacon? Ive never had this in any other branch. Very inflexible especially as my family have ordered a breakfast and drink each. Where is this policy written, that I cannot order just bacon? No where else has a problem with serving me 'extra bacon' in a bag even when on my own. Can you please clarify this?

Absolutely disgusting meal they have changed their name to dragon Inn ! Food was completely burnt and greasy and cold !!

Came in as walking past, was greeted by friendly staff, spoke to me about the great lunch menu only £3.99 kept me filled up all day.

It was the worst KFC that I’ve ever had, chips were soggy the bun was burnt and the chick piece I had was literally little bones and fat!! It’s disgusting they can sell this crap, and they don’t sell full fat drinks!!
