Staying in the tree house 5 minutes from here in the car. Ordered food. Was absolutely fantastic. Special rice. Lemon chicken. Salt and chilli chicken. Spring rolls 🔥 10/10. The lemon chicken was best I've had.

We had a lovely meal today. The food was good and the service impeccable, however it was absolutely freezing cold inside the restaurant area and we had to eat with blankets (which were provided by the staff) and coats on which spoilt the whole experience. I asked for the heating to be turned up and even if I was told that it had been turned up, it was still incredibly cold. We noticed we were not the only customers eating wearing coats. Needless to say we will not be returning during the winter months. Also, we wanted to order coffee at the end of our meal and we were told the machine was out of order! Overall not a very positive experience

Had a horrible recent experience here. I understand it now under new management. Rice was stoggy and the prawns caused me to have food poisoning.

Food was cold - it was due to be delivered 40 minutes after ordering then went to 10 so guessing it was speedily cooked

Ordered from here at least 20+ times before. Our most recent order was accepted to be delivered even though the Rickmansworth branch was 'closed for refurb' (Website did not actually say this, I only found out after 2 hours had passed and I had to call there Addlestone store). They told me the manager had been informed and a refund would be issued, received nothing yet and its been 3 weeks. They have lost a regular customer now unfortunately

Food was okay but they took the piss with the timing said wrapping up at 7:05 I ordered at 7 didn’t get to me till 7:50 I live 5 minutes away. takes the piss food was mid the missus called up to see where our grub was and the woman was a rude cow they can shove it only good thing was stuff crust and mortzelella dippers

It took 30 minutes to get the food we ordered because they got us a wrong one initially. The server went back to the kitchen and never came back for the next 20 minutes. Then they couldn't find us because tracker didn't work nor buzz at all. We lost 30 minutes out of the 4 hours we stayed due to their mistake.

Don't waste your time coming here the Hotel is so so so over priced for what ypur staying in and the food is awful!!

Excellent service, great food, lovely cocktails. Huge portions, friendly staff. We visit regularly and have never been disappointed. The server was cheerful and attentive. We were even given a box to take some food home, as we couldn't eat all of it. So much more than welcome expected.

Yet another missing item. Every time!

We were stuck in traffic on the M25 which was going to get worse so we headed off to find a pub and discovered this lovely place. Very friendly welcome when we came in. Lovely beer on tap (Badger brewery - fursty ferrit), very well kept. The food was great, we had the pie of the day, which was Steak and kidney and I had the Classic Burger. was a little pricey, but food was of good quality. Service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely go again when we are passing.

Visited on Christmas Eve and it was packed out, but had a friendly atmosphere and good range of beers on offer. My favourite pub in Ricky.

Terrible customer service, three employees in the shop and none of them want to take the order. also the man at the grill coughs right on the fried chicken without covering his mouth the same with other employees. I do not recommend!!!
