Had an awesome meal today! The cheeseburger was spot on. Super fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. The chips were insanely good, so crispy, probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Washed it down with an alcohol-free beer, which was such a nice touch to have. The staff were super friendly and made the whole vibe even better. Highly recommend!

Absolute joke. Charge top money for nothing. Ordered korma 95% of it is just sauce they give you no actual chicken thinking nobody will notice. Never order from here better order from curry garden if want delivery much better prices and portions than this rip off merchant.

Apart from grest value, always ean, tidy and comfortable. If only they had some background music.

Nice traditional pub, friendly staff, good range of draft lagers and beers, dog friendly in bar area. Food very very disappointing, main courses not well cooked. Maybe next time we'll stick to drinks and a snack at the most. Disappointing.

Please ignore my previous review it wasn't what I typed I don't know what went wrong. A fabulous dog friendly real pub with quality staff and ale . Home cooked delicious food even a piano ! Marvellous well kept garden and car park. Will certainly return to a warm welcome.

Good pub to watch some sports and have a nice drink

Really lovely place with so much character. An amazing Sunday roast dinner was had. The meat was succulent, tender and full of flavour. The veg was cooked to perfection. Super tasty Yorkshire puds and gravy. We shared a super serving of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets. Sat next to a roaring fire. Bliss. Highly recommend this place 100%.

A proper pub, with a proper landlord and proper well kept beer

Couple of pints, it was fairly quiet in there. Beer was OK

Had a terrible takeaway from here tonight. There was a hair in the food, the chicken was processed and generally the food tasted horrible. We called the owner to complain and he wasn’t apologetic at all but blamed us for everything and called us fools. Will never be ordering from here again.
