The best restaurants in Thurrock East of England

The staff were very welcoming. Food was delicious and the dessert was great.

Food is below average and the staff is very unprofessional. Whilst dining in the restaurant one of the waitresses pulled out an Iqos and was smoking from it in the restaurant rather than in the back where smoking is allowed which i find appalling. Sat in the front of the shop for a reason.. to not be around smoke! Awful. Also asked for a side of sour cream which is usually served in a bowl however, I got charged full price and all they did was put a spoonful on top of my food. Never going there again.

Food is good but if they get the order wrong and you question it they are beyond rude and absolutely no help. Apparently I ordered crispy seaweed instead of lamb never would have as we hate seaweed.

Visited whilst my car was being repaired. Superb breakfast really well cooked and not greasy. The hash browns deserve special mention as they were perfect!

Service was great. No faults. Shop was clean and tidy. The food however was Absolutely awful! The burger cost 9.50p and the chips was nearly £4 for some what 25 pieces. The chicken burger was dark brown which clearly was burnt hence why it was rock solid. It was a small sized burger and I was very very disappointed. I will never be returning here. I was so annoyed that refused to finish it! Sorry guys. I’ll be dining somewhere else next time :-(

Came with Fridays and there was a black hair in my dinner when I told them they said it’s not them as no one has black hair very rude

I order Pizza and soft drinks but received only Pizza , no soft drink.... very poor service and refuse to refund money for item I never received.

Food was excellent, was amazed by the price and can I just say service by Sean was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make our evening special! Great experience here and will be back very soon

How stupid can you be??? It’s not hard to read a label that says no cheese? And no straws for drinks?? So stupid.

Food was hot and good service. I always love Lakeside shopping centre.

Incompetent waiter first took our order. Young Asian gentleman wearing glasses. Messed up the drinks order and the food order completely. Tried arguing over the fact I wanted to order a small portion of Mac and cheese for my elderly grandmother and said that we couldn’t. Had to have one dish re cooked as it was completely wrong.

Went here on a quiet Thursday evening. Received a very warm welcome from the manager who was friendly and chatty. We ordered one of the meal deals and it all arrived hot and tasty. Salad bar was well stocked. Waitress was efficient. We like ordering online in restaurants these days, it's quick and easy. However the only downfall with this is that at the time of ordering you're asked if you want to leave a tip. At this point you don't know if you want to leave one or not! We didn't have any cash with us so we left without tipping which was a real shame because they deserved one!
