Chicken wasn't cooked properly. The guy behind the counter was picking his nose and touching burgers. VERY UNHYGIENIC.

This was my first and last time for ordering Fish & Chips from Viking, Tolpits Lane, West Watford. The meal was terrible, luke warm, batter ploppy and the chips, apart from swamping the meal, was mainly bits of chip ends. Waiting an hour from ordering till delivery did not help either.

The darts is great fun, very interactive and good for all abilities. BUT, the beer is shocking, flat Peroni served in warm glasses!

Went to the bar to order a cocktail. Barman had no idea what I was talking about took one look at the menu when I pointed it out and went nope don't have it what else do you want. Didnt even check to see if...

Not allowed entry on a Friday evening as we were only two and they only allowed four at least... the place was hardly occupied and the children serving were very rude, obnoxious and confrontational... I carry a couple of platinum credit cards, with good income and spending capacity and normally spend about £1k per month on eating out.... we were early evening (8.10pm). Looking down their nose at us was their mistake and loss

Jaanika gave us the most wonderful service, especially considering that i am diabetic. The food was great but the service was better! I do however feel that you should revise your company policy when it comes to tips because i wanted to give her a personal tip for her outstanding service.

Is this venue still operating? I placed an order online for takeaway meal on 11th July. My money was taken but there was no confirmation and the food didn’t arrive. I have tried phoning but no one answers. I have sent msg requesting refund but so far have had no response.

Fantastic venue with live music and a great atmosphere! Very friendly staff since the revamp and change in management.

Yet again ordered from uber eats and this place can’t get it right. Told me to reorder - do pay deliver again to correct their mistake. Utter incompetence and it’s the last time I order from this place. Spoke to the manager who wasn’t helpful, even overheard the staff member admit she hadn’t put my item in my order. A disgrace.

I love the pizza here! Honestly fantastic! And such good value for money! Their chocolate milkshake is also scrumptious! I’ve gone back many times and never been disappointed. I hope they never leave and expand across the country. Only critique is that my friend said the vegan pizza (especially the cheese) was not good.

Do not order! We ordered and PAID online and when we went to collect they were closed. We have contacted them numerous times via email and phone but nobody has got back to us. Shouldn’t be accepting payment if they’re not open.

Won't be ordering from here ever again after finding mouldy cheese in my omelette disgusting! Put me off for good never had problem with their food was always good until now!
