Always a regular here and usually served by Sandwich Artist by the name of Foyshal. Hes always plesant and attentive to the needs of the customer. 10/10 for him 👍🏾

I have been using this Simmons for many years and have noticed a significant reduction in customer service. A general lack of courtesy and manners has become the norm and it is very disappointing. My presence at the counter was ignored by staff just today even though the place was almost empty and over spilling with staff, who seemed to be engaged in talking to each other.

Ordered 2 chocolate fudge cakes via uber. Took over 40 mins to deliver 2 small slices of unheated cake. From a resturant 3 mins drive away. The chocolate fudge cake at pizza express used to be so lovely, this one is now small and very average and cost £7.50 a slice, not worth it. Doesn't come with cream or ice cream anymore.

Sadly I've had to downgrade this review from 5 stars to this. We've used this place for the 17 years that we've lived in WGC, and unfortunately, over the last year, we've seen a huge downturn in our experiences. The quality of chicken tends to be very hit and miss - I can't say whether that's the meat itself or the way it's been cooked, but you can receive anything from near-raw in the middle to crispy. And their ability to follow instructions left via their website has significantly declined. If you choose not to select a sauce, then add in the Special Instructions section that you don't want sauce, you really shouldn't get sauce. But in my last 5 deliveries, 3 kebabs have had chilli sauce on them, and a pizza where I expressly said no sauce was slavered in it. Worst of all, the reaction from the restaurant when you speak to them about it is, at best, ambivalent. We'll be using one of the many other outlets in future, which is a shame after so many years.

Very few staff, but they managed well, remained pleasant and apologised for delay in service. Would appreciate cash and card being accepted on all tills.

We popped in for a bargain bucket while we were out looking at the Christmas lights. It was expensive, but they all are these days. The main thing was that the food was good, the place was clean and the staff knew what they were about. That is surprisingly rare in KFCs these days. The disabled toilets left a bit to be desired but you can't have everything - it seems. I still like those chairs with the neck tie bracket on the back.

Eat here from time to time and never out of choice but out of necessity. Service incredibly slow even when there are only one or two customers. Staff don't appear to have been trained at all well in either service or food hygiene.

Very clean and tidy, all of the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, especially the assistant manager Chris who helped us in store today, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Food and service was only delicious thanks to a lovely gentleman called Mubs. Thank you very much Sir for helping us with our Order. You should get a raise for your customer service!!!

Embarrassment to call a professional work place.

Most butters pizza I've ever had. So grim. If you want spunky arm hair in a thick pizza with cheap toppings then look no further
