Great place for a Christmas party! Loads of external space which is car free, easy to access and with great views of St Paul’s cathedral. You have to go down steps as you enter the building. I don’t think they have a wheelchair access.

The lady who manages the team here at chancery lane is excellent!! She is friendly, straight to the point and efficient in her work.

Terrible staff, extremely rude practicality threw my knife and fork on the table The crepe was overpriced and not even cooked well. Definitely worst crepe I’ve had in my life. Was dry and undercooked. The atmosphere is absolutely rancid. Save your money and avoid like tuberculosis

Went here for a wedding reception recently. Great venue for a live band, most of the night the bar was free, post that it was London prices. Food was wedding reception fare, a bit dry but edible. Overall a nice place for a party, would like to try it for a regular night out some time

Great pint at a London institution

I ordered a Fiorentina with no olives and unlike Pizza Express Windsor, this came perfectly with no olives. The service was great, not particularly busy in the restaurant and the waitress was very patient with me as I'm neurodiverse and because I was tired my brain shut down and I struggled with the app.

I’ve been here about 10 times with friends and/or colleagues and each time it’s been disappointing. Most of the times that we go, it’s fairly quiet but the service is always bad/slow. When we went for lunch today, we waited for over 10 minutes but no one came to take our order. We then had to try to flag down a waiter several times before anyone paid any attention. The first two times we were told “okay one minute”, and then the waiters carried on chatting amongst themselves. It wasn’t even busy! The food is mediocre at best. When it came to paying, the same thing - when I tried to pay, two staff members just kept chatting amongst themselves even though they could see we were waiting to pay. In the end I had to say “I need to pay and leave” and only then did one guy come over to take payment, but he (short brunette guy with a beard/moustache) was rude and told me “I’m training staff, sometimes you have to wait”. We won’t return.

I went to this pub. Can't even believe it staff very welcoming. Drinks within minutes best part of it food came in 20 mins best bit of grab from a pub. Honestly saying. It's a hidden gem.thank you to the staff .you should get a pay rise. Once again thank you for your hospitality. First time. Won't be the last. see you soon xxx

Very Rasist pub that does not take any notice of complaints made by very rude staff, same response on every complaint on this site. Clearly does not care about reviews ... customers as from what I can see on the reviews here n nothing has changed. This place is loosing so many customers. Really think they should monitor and train staff on how to treat their customers. And please don't respond with same message as it us insulting,

Went to this specific place for the Dim Sum, it was ok but not spectacular, there are way better options in London if you want better Dim Sum and cheaper, the service was good and attentive, the drinks were on the pricey side (a tea for 1 person £8... its a bit high), the restaurant was not busy at all. Not going to repeat, again its not a negative review, but i was expecting more.

This KFC was not a great experience. The store is incredibly small and the food was not cooked well.

Had drinks and dinner here last night. Only went downstairs so not sure what it’s like upstairs but was pleasant down stairs. Service was really good. Polite and friendly barman. Ordered a platter of wings and potato wedges etc. was pretty good for £29. Was enough to share for three. Extra points for this place having a cute dog while I was there.

Really great team, couldn't do enough. They were very busy due to it being close to Christmas but really made the effort to ensure we were well looked after. Food was lovely, great cheeseboard and risotto. Beautiful reserve.
