Awful experience here. I didn’t even stay for the food. Arrived. Asked if I wanted to sit or takeaway. I decided to eat in. Was told I could take a small table which I did. Then the clock began. The guy with the tied up bleach blond hair walked past me nine times without looking to see if I needed anything - like taking my order. The family sat up on the bar tried to get his attention three times to pay. Eventually getting it before me. Woman came in. He didn’t even help her so she just randomly sat down. I was there about 15 minutes and decided I didn’t have time to wait for my order to be taken and then wait another fifteen minutes for the bill at the end. Didn’t eat or even see the food. Don’t go here. Service is dire. It wasn’t even that busy ( as you can see from the photo) so god knows what it is like when it’s full. It was 3.45 on a Friday afternoon.

A great place to have coffee in London! We were very well looked after. Everything was freshly prepared, we ate food and drank fresh coffee. I highly recommend the place!

Had a hot chocolate which had cherries and I presume a edible flower. Employees so warm . Felt very welcome. In addition the doorman was a gentleman.

It was closed with no forecast opening time

Fast food, nice service but missing a person during peak hours

It's a beautiful setting but the food was honestly not very good, and no where near close to the standard expected for the price. Sitting under a baking bright red heater also really ruins the dinig experience. It would be worth moving tables further away from these.

Nos alojamos una noche en este hotel. en una fantástica posición en el centro de la ciudad a sólo 3 minutos a pie del teatro que visitábamos.

Esta fue mi primera vez en este restaurante en la Royal Opera House. No volver a intentarlo ya que el servicio fue decepcionante. El primer plato tardó en llegar pero todavía antes de que comenzara la ópera. En la campana de 15 minutos que perseguimos para nuestro plato principal; no te preocupes, estará aquí en 2 minutos. En la campana de 10 minutos la comida no había llegado y tuvimos que irnos. El plato principal estaba en la tabla para el intervalo (25 minutos). El desierto, que debería haber sido el único curso que se atendió en este intervalo, llegó justo a tiempo para que pagáramos y nos marcháramos al segundo acto.

Fabulous restaurant. Great food and great service. Loved everything about it.
