food pretty good but 12.5% ​​for service is absurd. If I don't want to be served I don't go to the restaurant, I stay at home. unfortunately this is central London. only for idiot tourists

The setting of the crypt cafe is cute but overall it is very busy and for the price you get in line cafeteria style with a tray and are served; however, you must find your own table and clean up after yourself as there is no service. Overall, the meat pie was tasty but the gluten free brownie my friend had for tea was not enjoyable.

Vida was a wonderful and personable waiter who answered all our questions and was very helpful!

Apart of the good service( still left £40 tips) and wine nothing was not even average... Carbonara served were cooked at least 10 min before they ve been served, there was no "creamy pecorino" but cooked eg. The pizza was like a piece of ruber and the Ferrero Rocher chocolate cheesecake was just a normal cheesecake with a Ferrero praline beside it. There is no point to speak about the steak... So Mr. Owner, you need to find a chef ASAP or Gino D'acampo will be very upset

Our server Ella was a real gem! Very busy evening but she made our experience so easy and relaxed. Very helpful when we had issues with the app, she was a delight!

We celebrated our anniversary here and the food was so delicious! We had a three - course - meal with a bottle of sparkling wine. There was always a staff member around to fill up our empty glass. The food came after the perfect amount of breaks in between the courses and was a good amount so you didn’t feel hungry or sick after. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

This place is absolutely lit (literally). I came here all by myself on the evening of my 27th birthday specifically to get my picture taken at a rooftop bar and it worked out beautifully. The staff are lovely and there is a great selection of beverages to choose from. The seats also have built in heaters and come with blankets as well as fire heaters outside, hence “lit”. 10/10 would come again 👍🏼👍🏼

we went on new year’s eve, food is decent. very crowded everywhere and perhaps thats why the service that day wasn’t the best. We are getting ready to leave and the waiter asked us to leave immediately to spare the table for other customers, weren’t very happy for the service.
