We stayed here a few years ago now, (just a month before the first Covid lockdown) and remember it being a pleasant stay with a large room with everything we needed, decent dining facilities and friendly customer service. Great location within short walking distance of Shepherds Bush tube station, and handy to Westfields and TV Centre.

Staff was very distracted, no attention to the table at all. The waitress was looking away somewhere whilst taking our order which felt very disrespectful. Also had to ask for tap water like 5 times before actually getting it. And the food was disappointing too very tangy and sour. Have had the same dishes at other branches but they tasted way much better!!!! Now will think three times before going to any other Wagamama :(

Much like the Banc I would put this up with some of the best halal food in the city with the added factor that there is no dress code it is a fantastic place to visit and try. Whether you want a burger, rips or steaks you will not be disappointed as it is a fantastic dining experience. The whole atmosphere is also very grand and warming.

Horrible service… Edited:- I placed my order promptly, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in attending to me during my dining experience. To the management, I suggest you review my profile before responding. I'm not a novice diner; I've visited numerous restaurants. If you want to attract and retain customers, it's essential to provide a respectful and fine dining experience. Invest in training your staff to deliver better service."

I ordered a Kebab Kobideh priced at £13 and asked for a glass of red wine, only to be informed it was a BYO (Bring Your Own) policy. However, I was told they could "help me out." Mid-meal, someone dashed out and returned with a £6 bottle of Jacob’s Creek Shiraz, which I was then charged an outrageous £26 for at checkout. Both the food and wine were added to the same bill, totalling £39 for just one person. This left me questioning the entire concept of BYO—what’s the point if they’re sourcing and charging for wine themselves? Aside from the unexpected charge, the food and service were acceptable, but I can’t shake the feeling of being taken advantage of. To pay such a high price for a bottle I could’ve easily purchased from the shop next door feels completely unreasonable, not to mention potentially questionable without an alcohol licence. A disappointing experience overall.

Took a taxi here at 12 to be told we missed last entry was 15mins ago. Doorman was very rude. Several people left while the doorman said the venue was at capacity

Went for hospitality a set menu, so a limited choice, but all food was very good. Service was excellent, especially with so many people. Highly recommended

This cafe is absolutely wonderful! The staff are particularly extremely positive and polite and very helpful, the coffee is absolutely perfect and tastes gorgeous! The establishment is very tidy and welcoming the only tiny issue I have with this place is it's slightly overpriced in my own opinion but that's a very subjective issue so it's not important, I still highly recommend this cafe!
