The best restaurants in Romford Town Havering London

Nice coffee, well it should be for the price you pay anyway. Sometimes they can be a bit slow but I guess it does get busy

I often go to this cafe with elderly family members when we visit Romford as they like to go here. Today it was very busy in there and to be honest they could go with more seating room in the cafe. You do deserve like you are far too close to other tables. It was very busy in there today, we were lucky as we managed to get a table, which we had to clear ourselves, but most people who were getting food would have found it hard to find an empty table. They should look at how many customers they have and if they are packed then they should turn people away as it’s not fair if people buy food and drinks but have no where to sit. Food and drink have always been nice in there, staff seem very friendly, but I always have to ask for more butter to go with our toasted tea cakes!

Rude staff. Got kicked out since they needed my table. Wasn't ready to go but they forced me to leave.

Very disappointing. Ordered via Uber and all arrived 30mins late and cold. Didn’t feel freshly cooked. Chicken cashews was totally tasteless. Crispy beef was all congealed. First time I threw away leftover.

Romford is not how I remember it. Has lost a lot of character and just doesn't feel as safe as it used to be 10 years ago., I now only visit if I have to. Not an enjoyable experience.

Lacked a lot of flavour, no seasoning at all.

Soulless, empty and you can see why. Flies buzzing around un-wiped tables. Only one member of staff making up orders, so despite their best efforts and there being hardly anyone there it still takes a while. Then you get your order and the chips are cold. The Whopper was ok, but I’d steer clear of the “loaded” £2 option for the chips. From what I can see they smother your chips in a squirt American plastic cheese sauce. Easy to see why McDonalds is rammed all the time and it’s empty here. Shame

Been here a number of times manly used table service and ordered on the app but food is alway hot and fresh and staff are very friendly and helpful and really do keep restaurant clean

I ordered for pizza for my pregnant wife for collection over the counter. I ask for emergency discount and show our discount card, they guy who taking my order he said I can’t give you discount because if we visit hospital we wait 3-4 hours for service and he been rude with me. I ask him we are trying to helping people but I’m sorry to heard that you had this kind of experience. They guy said that time it’s gonna be take 10min to make your pizza. After 10 min he said it’s take 15 min. By the way I wait and veery politely said her brother don’t talk time that, if you don’t accept emergency service discount card then just straightway mention: no. After that he rude again… We are very very disappointed about this kind of behaviour…

Please avoid this place. I ordered via the deliveroo App and the food did not arrive at all. The restaurant did not respond when I called them.

Great place for the whole of Romford and the East End, had a good chat with the owner, only criticism is that the chips were a bit soggy

I ordered mega plater for takeaway mean 2 whole chicken when I came home and get out food they gave me 2 legs and rest chest pieces and it's all left overs whole day chicken. I ordered this food for Roza. They are Muslim but shameful. I call them and explain manger said we were busy and chicken legs were not ready. First thing I went to get my food around 5 so that time they wasn't busy and also where you heard when we ordered whole chicken they cooked leg separately and chicken was disgusting. So I never recommended any one to go and waste your money and time.

No hay palabras para describir cómo estoy decepcionado con este restaurante. 1- Comida llegamos 2 horas después de la orden. Llamé al restaurante después de una hora para averiguar que no vea mi orden. 2 - la comida del día siguiente 3 veneno llamado el restaurante para darles una oportunidad de abordar mi insatisfacción internamente. Me dijeron que llamara en 30 minutos mientras el administrador se ve en ella. 4 - Llamado una hora más tarde y el director de alguna manera tenía amnesia y no recuerdo mi conversación y me acusó de mentir porque su comida, aparentemente, no puede dar la veneno. 5 - yo era paciente y les dimos el beneficio de la duda porque todos cometemos errores, pero este era tirado atrás en mi cara.

This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was served by Joe and she should not be in hospitality. She was grumpy, rude, slow, and highly inefficient.She felt like she did not want to be there.She took my order, put my sandwich in the toaster and did not follow up . Which usually how it happens in costa. She just vanished somewhere with an annoyed look on her face. I am heavily pregnant and waited 25 mins for my sandwich and found out they gave it to someone else. When I complained she shouted back at me and got annoyed and aggressive. I’ve been to this place before and this is the first time I have come across such a person in hospitality. And I’ve been working in hospitality for 12 years.
