The food is excellent and the atmosphere was equally enjoyable. The Dal Makhni stood out with it's perfect balance of flavour, making it a delight for the palate. The aquarium added a charming touch to the ambience. Overall great experience. Worth a visit again!

I'd been to Krave once before and found it pleasant. I decided it would be nice to invite a friend of mine to go during the week. After checking on Google, I was told it would be open at 12 in the afternoon. I arrived, the cafe was closed, and I noted the writing on one of the windows saying that it would be open at 14:00 instead. We weren't too happy but didn't mind waiting. 2 hours later we returned to the cafe and it was still closed. After a few minutes waiting a screen changed to display different opening times, saying it opened at 17:00. My friend and I had been looking forward to this visit all week, and were incredibly disappointed.

I placed an order on Just Eat but half of my food didn't arrive, when I contacted the restaurant they said it would take another one hour & half for those items to be delivered and they encouraged me to get a refund which they said they would accept through Just Eat however I am being refused and not even being offered an explanation despite evidence of all my food not arriving. The sushi didn't taste fresh either and the fish was warm which made it really unpleasant to eat.

The food is 5 stars. But the service in the shisha part can be inattentive when it’s busy so you have to physically flag someone down, and this isn’t a smooth process either so you generally have to stop your whole conversation for ages, and ask them to change coals etc etc. you can say yep but it’s busy so…give them a break, yes but there are plenty of people working so I’m not sure why tables are just left for ages without coals being checked or just someone nearby to order food or even get the bill. The flavour is also not made 100% and sometimes you need to ask for it to be adjusted because you either can’t taste anything or one flavour is completely overpowering. Why isn’t this right the first time shisha isn’t the side hustle here it’s a shisha bar. I had been served a drink in a completely dirty glass. After our meal a server wiped down our table with a dry tissue whilst we waited for shish 🙃. We could have done that ourselves we asked for it to be cleaned and we assumed it would be sprayed down because there was some oil on the table but we just let it be. The decor and set up is great. Service is mediocre. Food is excellent. Cleanliness is not great for what you’d expect given the great decor and size.

Supposed to be friends but unfortunately they were up themselves. Food was not good. Expected to like it by the people we were with that committed fraud so happy holidays

Went for Lunch , dirty tables - ordered Masala Dosa , and paneer roll - Worst Dosa ever, served cold - sweet and oily sambhar - tomato chutney was just sugar - coriander chutney was stale. - Place to be avoided.

I ordered the juicy wings n they charge me aswell But it’s not juicy at all When I pick up I ask him it’s juicy he’s said yes Another pepes even not charge they do it

Place an order on there website, claims to be open, when they're not. Money taken, no food, can't contact. I will be disputing the transaction. Not good enough

Lovely looking restaurant. Starters were nice. Mains, one of which was a seafood black bean sizzler was burnt. It smelt burnt, looked and tasted burnt. Sadly I was told this is what the dish is supposed to be like. I strongly disagree, and was disappointed at the explanation having eaten this dish at various other establishments. My friend who had a duck sizzler was lucky to have enjoyed her dish. A simple apology would have been acceptable. Disappointed.
