Turko Kebab in Hillingdon

Place an order on there website, claims to be open, when they're not. Money taken, no food, can't contact. I will be disputing the transaction. Not good enough

Placed an order 37033362 this evening, they took the money and have not delivered and not answered the phone despite calling constantly . Had no problems in the past but now this happened and read that it has happened to others, require a refund as this is unacceptable and will report this as theft and false advertising if not contact by the establishment.

Unfortunately since the change of management, customer service is gone down hill. No apologies or refunds for wrong delivered orders. Cold takeaways which are also quite expensive. I really miss the previous management. Ruilslip Manor Kebabs are better quality but the do not take phone orders.

They charged us and did not deliver the food. Frauds. Avoid them. I will try to report them to Trading Standards. Do not go near them, protect yourselves.

Used to be a great place, but has really gone downhill since it’s changed hands. I will never order from here again.

Firstly the meat was over cooked, the food arrived cold! And the size just make me laugh, we order one large kebab chicken and lamb and one small kebab lamb, the large one have around 6 small pieces of meat and the small had 4 small pieces of meat. I pay £30 for half of the food, the pitta bread was not cook enough and the salad 3 small pieces of tomato, 2 small pieces of cucumber and half onion and some red cabbage which split everywhere this is just ridiculous ! Shame I can’t review on Uber because we order from there! We eat this kind of food from others and the size and quality difference is huge! First and last time we order from this restaurant! Horrible service!

The food is disgusting. Do not order from here. The zataar bread was burnt, soggy, dripping of and stink of old used oil. The kebab literally tastes like biryani; incorrect spices and the meat was not marinated. The kofta was raw inside and oversalted. They can't even make a proper salad: it's dripping of vinegar.

From unbelievable excuses for overly late delivery (2 mins drive away) to cold food and an overpriced milkshake that consisted of a sour banana mashed in warm milk, I will not order from here ever again!

Very nice and cozy place. The guy who makes the kebabs is so humble and friendly must visit this place.

the chicken meat was almost alive 😅🤣 The potatoes were almost burnt, the bread dry. After the reviews I thought it was a good restaurant, but horrible, I will never order again.

Name is Turkish but they are not Turkish and they don't have the Turkish kitchen knowledge and the unique sale attitude . I was so hungry and passing by i had a Chicken Doner,i spoke the them in Turkish they were Iraqis. I asked if it is good Chicken Doner man said it is the best.l took his words,most probably the worse Chicken Doner Kebeb i ever had. Uncooked meat not marinated probably,it was tastless. Salad wasn't fresh either. No Thank You

£20 worth of food, 2 hours late, cold and awful. Ordered a large kebab and extra chilli, got a medium at best and only one chilli sauce. Kept getting palmed off with driver being “10 minutes” also told the driver had “2 or 3 other orders” which meant I was last, with cold food. Awful service. Awful delivery. Awful standards.

One of the best kebabs I had in london since 2010. Food was cooked to perfection and the chicken wings were really fresh. If your hungry you cant go wrong with the family platter

Avoid this dumper at all costs we rang in advanced to order an went for collection. We specifically asked for chilli on the cheesy chips. Easy enough request right? Bring the food home now no chilli. We ring up and the guy doesnt even bother taking us seriously and says hes being nice. Isnt that whats bormally expected from a owner? So i go there for my refund, he gives £3 when i paid £3.50pm. Dont trust these dirty money hungry thieves they dont know how to run a business even if it kicked them up the backside. Complete cowboys. What a waste of time!

Awful kebab terrible. Dry. Not evenly cut. Overcooked. Threw in bin. Can’t serve food like this and make a living. First time ordering and last time.

Worst kebab ever. So bland and lacked any flavour. The crusty was old and crusty and the chips were even chewy. There were clearly refried and left outside. Definitely not worth what I paid for. Wont be ordering again.

Fantastic place, definitely a 5 star place. Very clean and reasonable prices. The kebabs are to die for . Will definitely be back!

DON’T ORDER DIRECTLY - I always order by calling the kebab shop and ordering their most expensive kebab. You get better service and food by ordering through Just Eat. Don’t call and order directly. The food today in inedible and no one will be accountable. Wish I had ordered through Just Eat!

Great service, quick preparation time and has done so much for me - even closed later for me after finishing work late (to even giving me an umbrella when it was raining.) Perfect food, perfect hygiene - everything you could possibly want from a Kebab shop! Would recommend to all!

I did like the food before it changed hands. The new people are filthy. The guy behind the counter is obnoxious and rude. The food is cold and aweful and the attitude worse. Avoid. It is not cheap, and there are better places, with good food and service. One of the best kebabs we've had is from this shops. Looks can be deceiving, the shop.might not look fantastic but the food is unbelievable. Chili's sauce is wicked.

yesterday friday 14 february for my mistake i bought pitta salad and kebab take away. I paid 6,60£ I reatched home after a long day at work really hungry and when i was going to eat i figured out there was 2 hear inside not even 1. Can happen but the most disgusting thing is fine out hear in food. I dont wanna money back or changed food . I just wanna suggest to improve their hygiene envoirment

Got a delivery, my daughter and I had chicken doner wraps, chicken was very fatty and didn’t look fresh, not much salad, other daughter had doner meat and chips doner meat was very dry, and forgot sauces, chips were nice but who can screw up a chip? Wow,  finally I found a lovely place to have a delicious shawrma and kebab. all the family loved it. and the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

Pretty good kebab place, meat is good. Kinda weird at the same time because when you order a donair sandwich, you're provided with all the ingredients, but you need to build the sandwich yourself. With the added DIY labour to put the sandwich together we should be provided with a discount.

I’ve just had a ‘large’ chicken doner kebab delivered, I say large in inverted commas as the amount was disgusting! How can a restaurant charge such a substantial amount of money for a tiny amount of food! All I got was some out of date salad and a ladle of chicken! I phoned to complain and the person the other end laughed and said “no problem, no problem “ and put the phone down! I strongly advise not using this restaurant.

Just got a chicken and lamb mixed shish kebab.... i wish i bought 2... best kebab ive had in a long time.... new owner and staff that are happy to be working so cook great food.... if you were disappointed a few months ago try again.... you wont regret it

A Kebab is just a Kebab right? WRONG. I never knew that you could mess up a Kebab and in such a simple way. The price of the food was very reasonable, but we ordered it and then 10 mins later it was at our door. Some people will say "wow thats fast service" but to my partner and I we said "WOW that was quick, theres got to be something off" Anyway, it was AWFUL. I ordered a Chicken Shish Kebab - every Kebab shop will give you a Shish kebab (and many others) like so.....'Pitta bread INSIDE the box, filled with, your chosen Meat, salad and sauce) - does that sound like a normal Kebab, Yesss. Ohhh no, thats not how I got mine.... I opened mine to discover 'the pitta bread was on top of the kebab box, yes literally on the outside of the box!! with a tiny bit of salad and chicken - it just looked an absolute mess.. I've never had a chicken shish kebab like that before.. and the weirdest thing was that my partner had a lamb kebab, and that was inside the pitta bread... so what, were they just too lazy to do the same for mine. We were overly disappointed, which is a real shame! I guess a little bit of attention to details and presentation wouldn't hurt this restaurant!

Fantastic food to be honest, didn't expect the food to be so good and authentically prepared infront of you on the grill! The staff are very nice and courteous and they never disappoint in delivering great customer service and mouth watering food. I am now a regular!

Worst Lamb Kofte what I have in London if you look the meat is part of the it's not possible to eat.

I had to post one star so, I could leave this review. The only thing worse than their food is their terrible attitude and the way we were treated. Allow me to retort to your response, if you put as much effort into your restaurant and staff as you do with your bad reviews, you would have a world class establishment. However unfortunately that is not the case. So good luck with your delusions of grandeur. P S. Please stop getting your mates to leave reviews, it's embarrassing.

After a long day at work i thought i would treat myself to a kebab. I had purchased a kebab once before from them however that time i was in no fit state after a long drinking session so thought id try again. Ordered the 'Titanic.' This is meant to be a bottom layer of chips with cheese on top and then donner meat and kofte kebab on top. This was a rather fitting name as it was a catastrophe. There was next to no donner meat and it was vold. The kofte kebab was burnt on the outside,red in middle and after 1 bite got tossed aside. The cheese on top of the chips wss like plastic and the chips were hard in middle as not cooked properly. All in all if i could give minus stars i would. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss.

Got my order wrong, changed the price when got here delivery driver didnt know where he was going so food was cold asked for chillis got chilli sauce. rang them appologised but didnt offer to do anything about it

Our first visit to the place. We too encountered a man picking his nose. Was shocked at what we saw and pretended to change our minds as we were only too embarrassed to confront what we saw. Hygiene standards seem low. Be sure to equip yourself with tons of bog role and sufficient meds as you will be sitting on the bog with the runs for atleast a full day.

My first experience at turko kebab I don't live to far from Northwood. I was passing and the shop caught my eye the staff were extremely friendly and I got myself a lamb kofta wrap and the staff member even added some chicken donner for me , it was delicious and I've allready gone back for another a week later 😅Will be paying more visits soon

The only word to describe the food at Turco Kebab is AMAZING...I have just moved the area and I have already become the regular customer of this place. The Staff working there is so friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure that your food is served nice and hot.

the worst place to eat, while waiting for a diner kebab the chap working behind the counter was PICKING HIS NOSE yes when i told him to cancel the order he got aggressive telling me to get out the shop. i had a look on trip advisor it seems these guys love picking there nose as i am not the first person to see this. so guys all in all if u like bogies in your salad this is the place to come!!!!!

Estaba impactada por lo que vimos y fingir para cambiar nuestras mentes, ya que sólo eran demasiado avergonzado para confrontar lo que vimos. Normas de higiene parece bajo. Asegúrese de equipar como estará sentado en el bog con las pistas.

stay away the chap making our food was picking his nose while making our kebab, when confronted he became rude and aggressive, who knows how this food is prepared especially when its being delivered.... be aware

Pure filth, the kebabs we're stone cold like they've been in an icebox and the drinks was warm. They only come from a mile away and was 20mins early so there's no excuse other than they was leftover kebabs from another order and to boot there was an 8 inch long greyish hair in my kebab. Tried it once and I swear never again.

We order from Mr Turko every now and then and we have never had anything but great service and food from this place. They are always quick to deliver and never get the order wrong. The food is hot, fresh and tasty. We usually get mixed kebabs or lamb donner however the one time we had friend staying with us who is vegetarian, we ordered a halloumi kebab, and it was amazing! I don't think we'll get a kebab from anywhere else.

This lovely kebab shop is recently under new management. The food is fresh and really tasty and the staff are really delightful. There are a few tables but the main market is take away although they do deliver within a certain radius. They also make lovely Baklava. The prices are really reasonable - two good size plates of food and one coke for less than £10. We will definitely return.

I had a chicken donner but is was all small bits he said he would give me a good Kadad next time so next time he band me for complaining me 27 / 9 /2014 this day so dont go if you want a good meal
