Service is terrible. Rude staff , and salad was brown and horrible do not order from here .food order was all messed up, I had different ingredients with different kebabs which I didn’t order , I also had 4 items missing from my order and all I got when contacting them was sorry were very busy . Thats not really good for business when I spent a lot of money on the order , whether your busy or not you shouldn’t be getting customers orders wrong . Unfortunately I will not be ordering from manor mangol again and will use the kebab shop opposite . Much better service

Received my takeaway order. Wrong missing food and items. Man who answered the phone was rude and did at one point laugh. Do not waste your time ordering from here there are many other kebab shops which do not get food wrong. This was the second time this has happened now!

Ordered falafels for £11.95. 4 falafels and nothing more arrived, absolutely shocking. Have ordered so many times before and the portion sizes and quality are terrible. Avoid at all costs

Wow what a great find and the lamb kebab was out of this world.. So first thing first, they have an app you can download so can order on the app or you are welcome to call them or Deliveroo are on their list of restaurants. The staff are really helpful, the menu is varied and nothing is too much trouble. We had to wait around 15 mins for our food as we ordered at the door but honesty it was so worth the wait. Kebabs come as standard with salad and rice which is lovely plus they provided some Turkish bread, pitta and sauce. We are absolutely delighted with the quality, value and taste of our dinner. Can’t recommend enough.

restaurant food was amazing so tasty and succulent the starters were lovely with bread dips then we had the chicken with sheesh kebab rice salads truly was delicious with Turkish tea and desert was spot on

We had a delivery for the first time the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Mixed grill plate was so good, and as we don’t eat bread, we were sent a generous amount of chicken doner kebab and salad. My fav was lamb shish and chicken doner. So tasty! Much appreciated. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great kebab shop. We went in and ordered doner kebab. Amazing portions. Good decent kebab as you expect. The staff/ customer service were really friendly.

Been to Mangals many times, and this week was just as excellent as the others be it takeaway or eat in. We all, the family, said how fresh the salad was, and how tender the lamb in the shish was. It was busy so allow a little patience. I can't rate it highly enough. The best kebabs for miles. Parking is free outside after 6.30 and all day Sundays. If not try the car park behind Wetherspoons.

We tried a takeaway from Manor Mangal for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised by how carefully the food was packed, ensuring it stayed intact during delivery. The mixed grill was bursting with flavours and we could taste the meat quality was good. The variety in the cold meze exceeded our expectations, and everything tasted fresh. We'll certainly be ordering from here again and recommending it to others.

If you want to waste your money, this is the place. It's so expensive for nothing. We ordered a, starter with 5 wings which was only made of 2 wings broken into 5 pieces £4.95, lamb shish wrap that was £9 and added with the meal.. Who knows how the bill turned into £20.🙄🙄 Lady was with loose hair hanging in the kitchen, serving food. Toilet was literally disgusting. It was quiet how come it could not have been washed. Very disappointed with everything

Ordered mixed donar meal. Lamb was good but was unable to eat the chicken as it was very hard and tasted off. I don't think I will be ordering from here again!

Had a lamb doner kebab from there and gotta say its the tastiest kebab ive ever had.... thinly sliced, moist and fresh. Service with a smile..... will be my regular now.

Very nice food and fast service! It is one of the nicer place where to take take away food on the Manor high street, prices quite competitive and portion very generous, we took a portion for 2 (paied approximately 30£) and we eat 2 days with it. Meat cooked really nice, tender and with a lot of flavour the rice it makes the difference, really tasty and much appreciated wven from my 2 years old daughter. Definatly a place i would advice to everyone!

Hidden treasure in Ruislip Manor. Went here for dinner for my daughters birthday, The service was Wow, very attentive, good staff. The food we ordered was the mixed grill plater, and the food was just cooked to perfection. Everyone was so happy with the meal. Unfortunately, we didn't take any pictures. We just dived in and devoured this meal. Thank you for your service.

Not all kebab shops are made equal. This is a very good one - reliably good. Portions are heartily big, taste and quality are also right up there. What I especially like about Manor Mangal is that they also have the fantastic lamb stews. The menu is varied and it's all good! A reliable and easy recommendation.

Food was delivered on time and hot, but the driver was unable to acknowledge the delivery on his app, so was unable to be paid.

Fantastic fresh mezes & absolutely juicy grills, freshly made to order. Owner is leading the team from front, energetic, great sense of humour & so hands on. Team is equally good. Our 13 year old loved his wrap, we shared a big platter loaded with chicken & lamb grills, rice. Served with hummus, pita & salad. We will be back very soon.

Great kebabs love their chicken wraps

Id give it 3.5 Its a good option, but the portions felt tight. It looked great until the top layer of meats showed crispy crutons of bread. Its a good stable option. Nothing was tasteless or offensive and the staff were polite, but nothing stood out. And for what was paid there is a lot of competition.

This place is your authentic Turksih cuisine that you could take your mates and have a Rakı Balık ie. RAKI with fish and great food and atmosphere. I have known the owners for so long and wouldn't change them for the world. Everything is fresh, service is great and prices are affordable. So you must try this place. This is the first time I have had a poor kebab and I have ordered quite regularly from here. The Doner meat was burnt and dry and just tiny bits like it was the scraps. Even the pitta bread by stale, it was inedible

Kebabs are not nice at all. Ask for fresh meat and they give you old meat that’s Been sitting in the pot for hours. Service is awful. Lady is miserable and rude. AVOID!!!

Terrible gave me about 4 chips,

Just been for family birtday thought we get chips two regular the owner asked I said yes pls. I then asked how much for chicken donner meat on top he said £10.0, I said ok He then gave one small portion of chips one medium chips with donner meat only on the medium chips unbelievable, such a shame I have ordered take always before & eaten in a few times Don’t think I will bover any more

Chicken doner kebab was absolutely out of this world. Super fresh and flavorful, the pita was incredible and it couldn’t have been better.

Fantastic food as usual. Had a portion of Hallumi missing though.

Overpriced, a chicken shish kebab costs £14! The hummus is very small portion, comes with 4 small pieces of bread.

A magical evening ended in the most spectacular way as we enjoyed the very best of top doner cuisine . A sumptuous feast. Turkish delight. I was well and truly mangled by the time I left. Shish.

Ordered a big order for a family get together and it was a massive failure. Food arrived cold, we were missing 4 portions of chips and a mixed Doner kebab. When we phoned he accepted he made a mistake on the chips but not the kebab. Ordered a few times before this occasion but won’t be again. Portions are not worth the price tag either. A lot better kebab shops in the area, use those. Trust me! Don’t even take the chance.

Awful food and service. Paid £18 and got a couple of onion rings, a ton of hummusand a falafel with some lettuce thrown on top. Called to ask for them to send something decent, dude told me to call deliveroo.

We ordered from here and nlt only did we have missing food, it was awful quality. The cold next looked like sick as the dips spread in transit. Do not buy from here as the quality is awful for the money. We feel ripped off. Spoke to manager and they couldn’t resend another, just nlt ok as we have dinner guests and I won’t be servicing this. Don’t waste your money!

No salad burgers contained remnants of salad put in and taken out. Large donner wrap was a medium.

I asked for no salad on two kebabs n they both came with salad so they couldn’t eat them as they are allergic to tomatos

Absolutely BEST chicken kebab I’ve tried in London!!!! And I’ve tried quite a lot kebabs in London. A bit pricey but once you take a bite you know what you paid for. If you’re in the area definitely check it out!

I order mixed kebab .spot on service but very less portions and it’s not worth it price bit of over charged compared with the menu . I won’t be back again and mixed doner very dry and it’s not fresh .overall very disappointed

I would suggest keeping the pitta bread separate to the meat for delivery as this just goes soggy and can’t be picked up. That is he only comment/suggestion and NOT a complaint. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would order again. Many thanks!

I am a permanent customer they raised the price by themselves no changes in menu I am not happy rip me off and telling me no reason for difference make sure the price before buy.

Good presentation however you can smell the chicken was raw with a foul smell (not washed properly) also quite expensive. Disappointing

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! After ordering a mixed grill for 3 we askedif they could swap rice for chips , the waitress bluntly told us not possible. Not letting this bother us we then ordered drinks which arrived in a dirty glass with black remnants of something..no apology for the unclean glass. It just got worse after that , food arrived and the chicken wings were uncooked, when we showed it to the first waiter, he called someone else who came and checked and then a third 'chef' came out and stubbornly refused to acknowledge that the chicken was uncooked. I can't imagine that any chef would agree that the chicken ( see pic attached) has been cooked. Needs retraining!

The wrap was smaller than everywhere else. The food was cold and too much onion in the salad. Practically it was onion salad.

Would not use or recomend to anybody .The food was actually fine but forgot a large bottle of drink ,when I spoke to some body he said what do you want me to do about it,it's Uber was fault .I didn't know uber rats cooked it and packed it now days.long story short.DISSAPOINTED

The food has garlic mayo on them which we did not request. We specifically requested for chilli sauce only. We ended up throwing the food in the bin as it was saturated with garlic mayo. Truly disappointed!

Not much to look at from outside but the food was real tasty. Chicken and lamb cooked to a tender juicy piece of meat with a delicious charred outside. Friendly staff. Would go back again next time I'm in the area.

I enjoyed everything apart from the lamb, and I’ve had lamb cutlets from them before and they were juicy and succulent however this time it was dry and chewy. (Tasted like it was cooked early and then thrown on the grill to reheat) Disappointed as lamb is my favourite and I was looking forward to this

Had a fabulous meal with friendly service - so good we returned a couple of days later. The waitress from hell was on duty. She scowled at us as we walked in and continued throughout; seemingly taking a delight in informing me NO alcohol free lager “and would I like juice”. She simply purred with glee as she served table after table before us - and she must have been beside herself with delight putting down the food when it FINALLY got to us stone cold. Did she apologise for the wait - oh no; she she recook the food? Heck no, that’s what microwaves are for - did she give us a reduction on our bill - not on your Nelly. I truly think she put two fingers up as we walked out the door!!

This place amazinggg 😍I tried their lamb shish once and fish chips and salad. Ohhh my God🥳they tasted amazing. Much better food quality then Izgara restaurant. They also are doing takeaway. Their turnip juice is a must to have. Gooo and eat their food🤣😁👍 Highly recommend. Satisfaction guaranteed 😘
