Came here today, ordered a Large donner kebab and cheesy chips. I got to say both tasted phenomenal, I will deffinetly be comming here again.

The chicken doner was absolutely delicious, and the chicken shish wrap was incredibly tasty! The chili sauce is a real game-changer, bursting with flavor. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic and flavorful kebabs

Listen I have been going to manor Kebabs for the best part of 20 years and there food is the best there is. I live in slough so travel 10 miles to get a kebab.So in the last 2 visits I have not been happy with the service or the atmosphere that is why I have scored them low... This is not a negative review just a disappointed customer..

18/06/24 Very bad service here tonight. I waited 35 minutes from ordering at the counter, a wait that should of only taken 10 minutes as it was not a large order. Response given on my Google review 'When there are queues and extended wait times, it’s often a sign that many people are eager to enjoy our dishes.' I was at the front of the queue being the only person in there, then about ten people formed behind me, and not for collection, to order. Priority seemed to be given too uber, deliveroo ect... Proper piss poor tonight, bring back the original staff!

Ordered mixed Doner x 2 with salad and peppers chilli saice, arrived with no salad as requested, receipt confirms salad, man arguing didn't order, receipt confirms and order confirms, put phone down on me £40 plus paid 😡 your order receipt says with ALL salad 🤔

Guys I just been shocked today when opened my purchase, took Large mixed doner, meat both completely over dry, portion small, salad is super small but chips enough... I don't know what you used instead normal chilly sauce but the stuff given is not chilly sauce even close. Sorry but you lost me as a customer.

This is the second time I’ve been to Manor Kebabs. The first time I wasn’t overly impressed but thought I would give them a second chance and being Sunday there wasn’t much open after finishing my shift. Found the chicken to be very tasteless and bland. The chilli sauce was more of a chilli mayonnaise and weak at that. Overall found Manor Kebabs to be expensive and tasteless. There are two more kebab places on Victoria Road and another on Ruislip High Street which deserve a visit but Manor Kebabs isn’t one unless you like expensive and tasteless food. Not sure why they have some 5 star reviews but definitely had better kebabs in other places.

Placed an order on Uber Eats as heard good things about this place. Order was confirmed and then 20 minutes later you decided to cancel it. It was a big order also. Now will have to wait a week for my money to be refunded whilst in a cost of living crisis. Disgusting. Will not be using your services again and will not be recommending to anyone.

The £12 large lamb shish contained 5 pieces tougher than my oldest work boots, staff that don't seem to understand a phrase as simple as "no tomato" this place should be avoided at all costs. Chips were pretty banging though.

Folks- this place is wonderful. I still remember gathering a list form the USAF folks at RAF Uxbridge/USAF Hillingdon and going to this location to get the best Kebabs around. They were outstanding, this was 1984-1986 and I still tell folks about this kebab shop. Think of that almost 40 years ago and I still remember this shop.

Ordered on Uber eats. I asked for The meat to be freshly cut and thin. They sent me meat that was sitting there allday it was really bad. And it had a funny smell I could not eat it. The best and most consistent kebab shop in London! I have been eating the food from here for nearly 40 years and the food is just as good now as it was then. Everything is freshly prepared and full of flavour and the cleanliness of the place would put many other places to shame.

Ordered from JustEat two matching identical Kebabs. One was fine the other had no salad no chicken and was completely dry no sauce. I rang the shop and they argued that they had got it right so angry right now

Collected taramasalata and a large chicken doner yesterday . Absolutely the best we have ever eaten . Tara was creamy and completely delicious . Doner was so tender it was seriously gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone .

Twice lately my food is cold . They fill my kebab , leave it on the counter and 5 minutes later they sort out your chips . I have asked them to delay my kebab until the chips are cooked . I was told " we are busy " . I won't be using this place again . What they should realise . They are not the only kebab shop in the Manor anymore

Was going to order from the Istanbul but they don't deliver on this app. So I thought I would give Manor Kebabs a go.. I just ordered a special kebab which is a lamb and chicken shish with some hummes? Always get the grilled chicken burger from here which is delicious, however recently the quality of the chicken and the size of the fillet is really thin, like its been sliced in half across the middle then hammered until thin, disappointing at quantity. Flavour still good.

Don't expect both garlic and chilli sauce with your kebabs here. They make you pay for "extra sauce", so you have to pick between garlic and chilli. PS: Forgot to note the rudeness of the staff and management, which they have nicely demonstrated in their response. I did call them after I received my order to question why they did this. I did not ask for sauce in separate pots, I simply requested garlic and chilli as per standard when I order a kebab. They clearly spent too much on their fancy packaging to not be able to afford one pot. Fancy packaging doesn't make up for no sauce and rudeness. No wonder this place is always empty when I drive past, while the other nearby Kebab houses are packed. Are you deluded, Mr Manor Kebabs? Just look at this Mr Manor Kebabs responses to the majority of bad feedback - aggressive and un-apologetic. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Ordered a takeaway for the whole family. Food arrived from Manor Kebabs cold. They were also missing all the drinks from the order, and had not provided any sauces with the kebabs. After calling them up, we asked them to deliver the sauces and drinks, they refused and blamed the delivery company and asked us to sort it with them as they provided the drinks and sauces- they actually think a delivery driver would steal the sauces as well as the drinks! In response to the food being cold, they blamed the delivery company again and said they sent the food out hot... The manager asked "Do you have a oven?, so HEAT IT UP! - in an aggressive manner. I would save your money and go else where. These guys seemingly do this on purpose to save money and make Just eat or uber eats pay for them missing stuff out.

Mix Doner Wrap asked for extra sauce - dry as hell. dont expect staff to wear PPE - cowboys - Avoid - would give you no stars if i could wow lovely response! rest my case

Been ordering from here over the last month and have been really satisfied with the food. However, this evening there was a mix-up with my order for the first time ever! I called the shop and complained about this, and with all fairness to the guys. They remade the entire order and re-delivered it. (Thank You so much gents) that was extremely good of you and very much appreciated. The food was amazing.

I can testify to just how excellent service and the food is. Ayhan and cemal has managed to maintain excellent standards since refurbishment. The staff changes have made the place more varied. I would never visit any other place in ruislip for a kebab!

I recently ordered via Uber Eats and must say, the food was delicious and most importantly, they actually respected my requests. Most places I order from don’t even bother reading the special instructions. Not only that, there was nothing missing from my order which happens a lot from other places. Highly recommended! Waited over 45 mins for my food when I placed it inside the shop, they recommend you order before you go otherwise you might get annoyed like I did when I saw customers coming in after me getting their food before me. The kebab it self tasted okay..... Garlic sauce was a bit over powering.

As a family we have been a customer of 30+ years and would never have gone anywhere else but will never return after the 'service' experienced last night. In future we will spend our hard earned money where we are treated with courtesy not contempt. There are plenty of equally good alternatives locally offering better value for money, perhaps that's why they all had noticeable queues and Manor Kebabs had no-one waiting. Deliberately didn't post in anger last night but still feel the same disappointment today. Food mediocre, lukewarm, chips soggy and cold, most of it was thrown away, waste of time and money. Enough said.

I went today after reading reviews. I've been looking for a nice kabab shop for ages in South Harrow. So we drove there. From the polite service I received, the Perfect packaging shows quality. Took it home, the family was amazed. Donor meat was tasty and most importantly not oily at all. The best doner meat I've had in a long time. Price is reasonable. Will definitely go again.

Absolutely bad experience. Went in my young daughter. Asked for a doner with separate salad with a few green chillies on top of the doner. The person serving us didn't do what we asked him. Then the old Turkish guy behind the counter started talking to in Turkish facing away from us. I asked him what he was saying in a foreign language then he started hurling abuse at saying you're demanding. If you don't like it go somewhere else. I said if you had listened in the first place and done what we had asked you then that would have been better. He carried on talking in Turkish. I said to him talkin in English because who knows what abuse you're hurling at us in you own language. He had no decency to apologise for his mistake but had the nerve to be rude and insulting. What the hell does he think he is if he can't show customer service then he's in wrong job. Bad people bad service, make up you're own mind....
