The rice box was awful we threw it away

Normally nice however Food was so disappointing- apparently was given a size Large and looks like a small and the chips are soggy and drenched in vinegar when this was suppose to feed 4 people and also cost me £5 for that

I recently visited the kebab and pizza shop, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked kebabs and crispy chips that complemented the meal perfectly. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the pizzas were topped generously with fresh ingredients. What really stood out was Habib, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and even recommended some of his favorite dishes. His excellent service truly enhanced our visit, making it a memorable meal that I can't wait to enjoy again! Definitely Recommend!. Very much Improved

First the price was to high for large chips £3.50 is crazy and we tried talking to the guy and he ignored us and he was touching the chips after he was touching his sweat I dont recommend this place and chips is horrible me and my friend threw it away

Used to be my favourite place. This place is a joke now. Expensive for a little bit of food that is soggy, tough meat and honestly barely edible. The customer service is even worse than the food. No respect, no manners and overall a joke.

Their “all salad” is 3 pieces of onion and 3 mushrooms. Let’s not talk about the customer service. Absolutely disgusting. F this place and the entire company.

Very unprofessional staff !delivery never on time. Food is very bad . They don’t even pick up the phone after you order …worst experience ever … definitely never go back

Ordered a large chicken meat & chips as a takeaway, unfortunately got back and opened it to find a few half-cooked fries, a fairly small portion of undercooked donner meat (no chicken), and some chilli sauce that was way too sweet and not spicy in the slightest. Won't be going there again, poor food and you don't even get what you ask for.

The food is atrocious! The Falafel tasted like a nasty supermarket refrigerated lump. It went in the bin; not even the dog ate it! The chili sauce was sweet, not at all spicy. The hummus wasn't authentic or homemade. Wouldn't ever order from again. The staff on the phone were friendly and the delivery driver was efficient and nice. So it's unfortunate the food is abyssal...

This used to be one of our favourite doner and Kebab shop. Their food is always of good quality and staff are very friendly. The online order facility helps saving time. They accept card and cash payments, they do food delivery too. However; recently I have noticed that the price has gone up drastically and the quantity of food has come down. It’s a bit frustrating ..

I ordered 2 chicken doner kebab for take away . He gave me cold chicken and without taste . Whenever you gave please make sure about chicken .

We often buy food here, but... Worst delivery experience ever, it took two hours from ordering and receiving our food. Made the order, waited for one hour, and called back for an update. Without telling them our address or what we ordered, the man said your order will be there in 20 mins and blamed it on the traffic. Fine. We took the benefit of the doubt and waited, called back 30 minutes for an update again, then he said your order is the next one to leave the shop. First of all, the lack of communication, honesty, and rubbish excuses is a total disappointment and not a way to run a business. GB Kebab, you need training!! My friend had to leave to go work because the food has not arrived and it only arrived when he got to work. Two hours is ridiculous, so when payment has been made, the food can arrive whenever. Stay away from this takeaway if you are ordering your food to be delivered.

Took hours to arrive, freezing cold, tiny portion, looked like yesterday’s food. Phoned them when it was so late and they just said that it was on the way without any apology or reasoning. Completely tasteless and waste of money. Please order from somewhere else.

Kebab meat was pale and cold, chips were not fresh and were cold, onion rings were soggy. They sent another delivery of food but it was just as bad. Will not recommend and will not be ordering from GB Kebabs again.

Way Over priced for raw doner meat soggy chips and lamb shish the size of pea chewy and just not nice AVOID!!! AVOID !!!!

Ribs could have done with more meat on them but overall very good. Will order again from GB Kebabs.

The food was good but a large donner kebab here is the same as a medium at most other places. I think you need to review your portion sizes as the large donner is deffo not what anyone I know would consider large

It had been 35mins and we hadn’t received our order so I called the shop as they usually deliver within 15-20mins and the guy told me that they hadn’t processed it yet as they’ve got lots of customers and he technically still had 5mins before he had to start making it. Just eat apparently given one time and once the order goes through then they increase it. Very frustrating.

I ordered for the first time food but I really love it! Everything was very tasty and fresh! I haven’t had such a good pizza and chicken doner for long time! Outstanding! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Just a recommendation: please make sure you got all items in order as we were missing a dish, however the rest of the food was great!! Thank you!

I ordered at around 16:10. I called at 17:13 and was told my food would be 15 minutes as they didn’t have a driver which they didn’t even bother to inform me of. I’m writing this at 17:42 and I still don’t have my food.

The ribs and chops were cooked spot on and all delivered hot. The chops could have come with a more reasonable portion of chips, but in general enjoyed by the whole family. Nicely done GB Kebabs

The two wraps I ordered were both soggy, and dripped out the bottom! they hardly had any salad in them either. The pizza wasn’t nice, it didn’t get eaten by my children so it got thrown away which was such a waste of money, given it was a large! The chips looked like they had been refried and then left for time by the colour of them, not fresh at all, dark yellow brown and soggy and a small portion that should have been a large! We will use another restaurant next time as it seems to have gone down hill since the last time we ordered. I heard it now has a new owner? Which is probably why standards have slipped!

First time ordering. Doner was nice and also the 1/4 pounder was nice. Chips were hot but not so nice in polystyrene box. Good food!

chips were brown and looked and taste like left over chips that had been re heated(which i’m guessing they were) nuggets were dark brown and visibly burnt and inedible for my son!!!

GB Kabob has excellent Pizzas and my family and I are really enjoyed their Beefy and Spicy Beef Pizzas both 16" ones. Their Doner is the best as well. Great customer service and friendly staff. Thanks GB Kabob.

Food cold Wrap came open Didn’t recieve 1 portion of chips

Had no salad at all only 2 pots of chilli sauce and only 1 pitta bread for so called 3 large kebabs

Tasty Kebab, Excellent Service.

Having ordered a cheeseburger & chips I waited a good 30 minutes in an empty shop when I got the order home the burger was cremated with no cheese and the chips were actually soggy & undercooked, the whole lot has gone in the bin, it’s a disgrace they get away with serving this crap

Food on point one of the best kebab I've had in a long time

I usually like this place every 6 weeks or so and order a pepperoni pizza / doner meat and chips but yesterday I had such a bad experience that is left me with a quite literal bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a meatfeast pizza and it tasted nothing like what it is meant to. It has an incredibly strong chemical smell to it with a rubbery type texture to it. It's so bad that I only got halfway through the first slice and decided that I would rather starve than continue eating it. I'm not saying the entire menu is bad as the doner was quite nice but stay away from the meatfeast pizza, there's something wrong with that one!

Changed owners, I loved the food before but not now.

Pretty much fuming! Waited nearly 50 mins for food to arrive only for half of it to be missing!! Chicken wings looked rank and couldn’t even call the shop as it was closed apparently by the time HALF my food got here. So can’t even order from elsewhere. Actually disgusted in the service here and the fact half of us has no food and no one to take responsibility for that.

Good food and decent price - only thing is cash only in store (card on website) which is annoying. If they had this, it would be 5 star.

Worst place,I place an order for collection I suppose to be ready in 15 min but no was ready(don't forget i gave them 15 min extra after i place the order that's mean 30 min and still no ready),I was there and they told me they didn't start preparing it and then they said to wait another 15 min. I ask them why you took the order if is not ready in time and they said we are busy and they threw money in my face. All this thinks happening cuz a new staff.

Stopped off here after Ruislip Lido, looking for a Halal joint this place seemed ok and was pleasently surprised with the quality and value 👌 If your in the area its worth a stop off.

Ordered from here last night order was totally wrong!!! Called and was asked to call back the next day to speak to the manager. He lied and said he tried to call us back numerous times which he had not as no missed calls in my phone or my partners phone. He basically said it was not his fault and was so unhelpful. Considering we have used this place time and time again we will never order from this place again. Very unhelpful staff and a rude manager 😡

If this place is busy, expect a bit if a wait. If it's outside of peak hours, your order will be waiting for you within the time the website states. The food is amazing. I've only ever really had kebabs from chippys, but never again after tasting how the meat SHOULD be. The pizzas are damn good too for the price.

Best kebab shop and pizza shop area

Now this is where you come to get a beautiful tasting kebab with fresh salad and massive portions. I have been coming here for the last three years and have to say that I have never had a better kebab than from this place. £5.50 for a medium kebab and £6.50 for a large one you cannot go wrong here. The staff are friendly the meat is tasty and cooked perfectly the chips are lovely the shish and Doner are amazing and £3.80 for a kids meat and chips that is big enough for an adult. Chilli sauce and garlic sauce are great. All in all a brilliant kebab shop.

Defiantly recommend! Me and my family love kebabs and we come here quite often! Yesterday me and my dad went there to get some dinner for my family and I got my first ever chicken shish it was lovely and fresh made by the grill I had a pita with mine and it was lovely I made the right choice for my first chicken shish! The doner kebabs are lovely also are the wraps some times a bit Greecy but ya know it’s a kebab so obviously it gonna be Greecey! They have a lovely selection of salad to go with your kebab and also sauces. If you were picky one night or out with your friends in ruislip come here I recommend here!

I have ordered tonight large lamb shish and the meat was burned. This is not the first time this happends with shish. I regularly order form them but the shish comes most of the time burned. I have never had problems with chicken doner.

Chicken kabab was way too oily, and it didn't taste good, the flavouring is lacking a lot also so it's tasteless. Large Portion was not big enough. It's cash only, such a Hassel going to ATM. On the other hand it did have fast service.

Absolutely amazing really happy I’ve used many times now, now yesterday they forgot my order I called he apologised and it was with me in 20 min as he said AND they gave us a free large bottle of coke and 2 free salads, which think is looking after customers. Meat not great as it was re-heated or seemed old. Chips also not great. This has happened a few times so it will be my last visit.

GB kebabs, Ruislip Gardens..... always seems to be consistently good. Its been on my regular route home for over 10 years now. (I'm not sure when GB opened). I only buy once every couple of months. But I never have a complaint. So, I give 4 stars.

Awful customer service, tried to cancel an order through uber eats but called the restaurant within seconds of placing it to make sure they didn’t start it. They told us that’s fine, call uber eats to cancel and as we did, they told uber they had started preparing the order. Absolute con, do not even bother with this place.

Got a large mixed eat Donner Kebab and chips, with chilli sauce. Full of flavours really enjoyed it. Staff very friendly and polite. Clean and tidy. Will definitely be coming back.
