Carolina is a lovely staff member at the cafè. Food could have more variety, but good quality. Clean, quiet environment, but not much character. All-in-all serves the intended purpose.

Sushi by Masa at the food court of Harrods was an unexpected gem! We walked in without a reservation, unsure of where to dine, and choosing this spot turned out to be the best decision ever. We were the only table during our visit, and the service from both the chef and our server was very nice. The fish was of the freshest quality, and every dish we tried was phenomenal. The sushi rolls and sashimi platter were perfection, and the appetizers - miso soup, edamame, and the cigar tuna - were out of this world. You can tell that food quality is their top priority, making it worth every penny. To top it all off, there was live music with incredible male and female vocalists, which added a special touch to the ambiance. If you’re at Harrods, you cannot go wrong with this place. Highly recommended!

Cuando llegué vi una mesa que estaba vacía cuando llegó mi marido. El anfitrión afirmó que era gratis por solo 45 minutos. Le pregunté si esa era la mesa que le prometió a mi esposo en 1 hora, le preguntó a quién y olvidó por completo que los dejó esperando afuera. Luego insistió en que no podíamos comer en 45 minutos. Luego vino una señora, dijo algo en tailandés y él le dio a ella y a otras 2 personas la misma mesa que necesitaba estar vacía en 45 minutos sin una pregunta. Otra señora y una amiga salieron de la calle, debatieron si querían comer allí, entraron y se sentaron. Esto es terrible para un restaurante londinense. Never trust an empty restaurant with sticky floors! Our family party of 4 arrived at the time we had made a dinner reservation for. Walking into the restaurant it became apparent that there was no need as it was empty. The service what could be described as lethargic at best. The pizza was meh. The wine was poor, giving us what felt like a 2-day-bender of a headache the following morning, and the price was ridiculous for what it was. My seven year old even asked "why is the floor sticky" walking to the bathrooms. I have no doubt this place was half decent 20 years ago but today it's just tired and just shouldn't be open. I can't even imagine what the state of the kitchen's are!

Amazing we all loved it and will return. The service was outstanding from all staff and the food was beyond good. Birthday cake and singing topped off a fantastic experience.

Great seafood options, especially the oysters. Order the house selection. No regrets. The service was very good. Larissa is very professional and competent. She definitely deserves a raise. I suggest making a reservation.

Estoy tan contento de no haber leído las críticas de Tripadvisor antes de mi viaje a Londres, ya que me habría pensado dos veces antes de visitar The Grill. Me alegro de haber visitado! Le daría cuatro y medio si pudiera. La mitad se perdió debido al costo de las bebidas. Hay precios en Londres, está la novedad de cenar en un lugar como Harrod’s, pero las bebidas en The Grill fueron solo robos a plena luz del día! Pero fue un placer encantador. La bienvenida del personal y el servicio era eficiente y amable, y era una zona de estar agradable. Éramos tres cenando. Very expensive for a mediocre quality that every French person knows... nothing beats a real ARTISANAL bakery. Not very different from the French PAULs. Mini donut obviously defrosted, average coffee and almond croissant not great.

Excellent all round, will definitely be back. Service was prompt and we were made to feel welcome. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and were not disappointed.
