The best restaurants in Merton London

Peppercorn squid is lovely. Nice rice and chicken curry and spring rolls. Chicken balls can be hit and miss

A bit bizarre, like sitting at a bus stop, but without the glamour. The food took quite a long time to come, and it was not bad. The staff were friendly enough, but spent most of the time shouting down the phone or at each other from about 1 a metre away. Some of the lights didn't work, or they couldn't work out how to switch them on. Buses at the stop outside blocked out the sun like an eclipse. When we wanted to pay, the only staff member had left, so we were all on our own, with the baffling lights and the underground rumble from the tube. A little odd.

The service was excellent and our food was worth waiting for We have never been to this harvester before however we will definitely come back!. The gentleman that took our order has exceptional customer service manners and was genuinely wonderful! Thank you for making our visit worth it! Merry Xmas !!

Whoever owns this abomination should be ashamed. Apparently closing in June. Should be now. My god what a dump. Disgusting.

The food was great and well priced and our lively server was super attentive. They tea was fresh made and ambience so gentle.

The food at the restaurant is very tasty and contrary to some other reviews we get along well with the staff when we eat at the restaurant and think that the service is fine. The food has been a bit too oily at times but this time it was okay and tasted great, including the bbq at the table. The meat (pork) can be a bit too fatty but this is pretty standard across Korean restaurants. Prices have become very high and at this visit there were some extra charges added to our bill unexpectedly, which we only realised later but suspect these relate to the additional sides which are usually complimentary at other Korean restaurants. The restaurant is very popular, especially weekends, so best to call and book ahead.

Yes service a bit chaotic but pleasant staff, zero upselling. Food as pictured was lentil soup, hot and tasty, saffron rice- generous portion, chicken and plums with spinach also full of flavour. I did have a cocktail called Tehran which had hot chocolate so requested no added sugar which they were happy to do, a serious cocktail. So overall a gracious 5 stars to this restaurant.

Después de haber sido un fan de calamares risueños después de excelentes comidas en las sucursales de Guildford y Bury Street Edmunds, probamos la sucursal de Wimbledon. Mi acompañante disfrutó de sus fideos Pad Kee Mao, aunque no eran nada especial. Sin embargo, el curry especial de pato rojo era horrible, en mi opinión, las piezas de pato se veían y sabían más como restos y entrañas del tipo que habría descartado a la papelera. Lástima que la salsa estaba deliciosa. Habiendo rechazado la mayoría del “pato”, y hablado con el personal, parece que el plato era como se anuncia. Strange. Como gesto de buena voluntad, un té gratis habría sido bienvenido, pero el desinterés y el encogimiento de hombros estaban más a la orden del día. No regresaremos a Wimbledon, pero no abandonaremos la cadena por completo. Esperemos que una mala experiencia.

Staff were kind and exactly on time with my order. The food was delicious. I rang ahead while driving and they had the order waiting by the time I arrived.

The buffet is great! Everything is freshly cooked for you. The staff are lovely and the restaurant is very clean. Great value for you money!!😍
