The best restaurants in Merton London

Poor customer service. Ordered a Americano with hot milk and cake, sitting inside but served in paper cup with lid. When sat down discovered had been served a frothy coffee, took back to ask for drink I had ordered to be told by woman served me that I had asked for a Mocha. I explained I hadn't and was abruptly told I had! I politely said maybe she had heard me wrong but I had not, ( I don't even drink Mocha). She reluctantly changed my drink. I then asked if I could be refunded the difference. She had to look at the menu then spoke with another staff who said to me she couldn't ALLOW that! What she did do was give me a fully stamped card for a another drink. Although this was more than I had wanted ( just wanted refund in difference of drinks) I was made to feel I was in the wrong through the whole interaction. Really very bad customer service. When I sat down I discovered a black coffee when I had asked for white. Let's just say I couldn't be bothered with another poor experience asking for milk!

Fiz um lanche no green Ginger e me encantei com a diversificação de comida saudável deles!! O atendimento é bem rápido e o sanduiche e alimentos são bem frescos!! O valor é bem baixo, como de um fast food, mais saudável!! Recomendo!

La comida es buena y está bien de precio. El problema que tengo es que el tipo que atiende me pareció grosero y me equivoqué en mi pedido. Si nunca se equivoca en ambos pedidos, con mucho gusto le daría un 5, pero para mí ese problema lo ha convertido en un promedio. La razón por la que no se verificó el pedido en el punto de compra es porque él leyó el pedido como lo ordenó y fue solo cuando llegué a casa me di cuenta del problema con ambos pedidos.

Decent cheap pub for a drink. The food alas has gone down hill of late

We went to this restaurant as a group of an organized group tour. Place was little clumsy for big group. Food taste and preparation was average. Can be opted if no choice available.

I went in to pick up my sandwich and there was literally no one there. I knocked on the staff door and waited around for a while but no staff member was in the store.

Really disappointing for the price paid, chips were undercooked and the woman serving seemed irritated.

Food was not good.. waste of money

Not been for two or three years but went with high hopes as it used to be fantastic - going to show my kids how wagamama in-situ is better than the book recipes. BBQ pulled Beef hotpot was like cat food in consistency. Vegetables in my Chicken ramen were all cheaper and a bit over-cooked, the sauces had something missing - (no- mami rather than Umami ) and where the hell was the sirloin steak for chilli beef ramen - wasn't it everyone's favourite dish? Katsu curry was a bit spicy but no depth - I know everyone is cutting costs but this wasn't a good experience and my kids have asked not to go on again. Only saving grace was the service - Sohanur was chatty, fast, efficient and made the kids laugh - Not sure what the chefs were up to.......

Normally kebabs from here are amazing but tonight’s not so good very disappointed, food was practically cold and all soggy where loads of red cabbage I think in some vinegar dressing was in the box when asked for white cabbage and onion only , second kebab was same slightly cold and requested no tomatoes as my brother is allergic and the kebab came with tomatoes on not very good if you have allergens normally food is amazing from here but very unhappy today 😔
