Service was really helpful especially Shehroz, food was served quickly and it was great. i really recommend it, food also tasted good.

Simplemente un pedazo de Portugal en Londres. Recomiendo probar el bacalao. Disfrutado a fondo con amigos y familiares. Volveremos pronto!

I enquired about hiring a food truck for an event I am planning. When contacting them via a third party they seemed uninterested and could not answer half of my questions. Unsure why they were unwilling despite asking several times. Their communication was extremely blunt and lacked interest despite looking to book catering for a price of £500+. The initial communication was extremely helpful. I’m unsure as to why this changed almost suddenly. I was hoping to go ahead and book with them today but unfortunately lost all faith in their reliability or professionality. I have now booked a different provider. Shame to lose business over failure to show interest or professionalism with customers.

Visited here whilst staying nearby for the weekend. We had a tastecard so had 2 4 1 on all courses. The restaurant was very quiet on arrival (bank holiday Sunday evening) and remained so during the evening. The food was excellent (we had starters and mains each) and came in good time. The service was at times a little slow as it appeared a stock take was going on at the time. We were too full for dessert this time. Loved up to the Bella Italia brand well.

Eat here often as it’s great service, good quality food and not bad prices! Highly recommend the Sunday roast.

The staff close one of the toilets every day and there is always people queueing to use the only toilet left open.

They have poor customer service, staff is very rude and not trained.

Best food ever, Ali was our server and he did his best to make sure we enjoyed our time there, will definitely go there again✨✨✨

I recently visited Windsor House in Beckenham, and the ambiance was lovely when I walked in. I felt welcomed upon arrival, thanks to a lovely staff member named Pranaya, who was warm and professional. She made a great first impression and later served us our desserts with the same kindness and attentiveness. I ordered from the Sunday roast menu and also had desserts—both were absolutely splendid. The food was 10/10, and it’s clear the kitchen takes great care in preparing their dishes. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the poor service from another staff member named Shahal. Before serving me, I noticed him using his phone, which came across as unprofessional. When I asked him relevant questions about the menu, he seemed uninterested and dismissive. His body language made it clear that he wasn’t willing to engage, and it felt like he was being forced to assist me. This really threw me off, especially since it was my first time at the restaurant. It’s disappointing because the food itself was incredible, and Pranaya’s excellent service stood out. However, Shahal’s poor attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. While I’m undecided about whether I’ll return, I strongly urge the management to be more mindful of who they hire to represent their restaurant. Great service is just as important as good food, and this experience fell short in that regard.
