I recently visited Wagamama in Richmond for dinner with a friend, and it was a delightful experience. The food was fantastic, as always, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. What truly made the evening exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the waiters, Harris. From the moment we sat down, Harris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. We were initially struggling to decide what to order, but Harris stepped in with helpful suggestions and patiently guided us through the menu. His recommendations turned out to be spot on! His warm demeanor and excellent customer service really stood out, making our visit memorable. While all the staff were polite and helpful, Harris went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. If you’re in Richmond and looking for a place with great food and exceptional service, Wagamama is the place to go—and if you’re lucky, you’ll be served by Harris!

Improved since my previous review a couple of years ago, but for some reason the kiosks were saying "Take out only" even though tables were available, and the fries were cold when I got to them. Toilets were available this time, and the upstairs was also open. Tables were not full of litter (though I don't think the security guard should be cleaning tables!), though were still a little messy, and the atmosphere felt a little grimey - certainly not to the standard I am used to at other McDonald's locations.

I ordered curry chicken. But the person who ordered it in front of me gave me a new curry, but not to me. I poured curry in a separate takeout bowl. I feel bad if I thought I could do that because I'm Asian. I thought it was racist.

Vinimos a tomar un café por la tarde y este lugar estaba bastante ocupado, ya que era el día de Año Nuevo, así que otros lugares no estaban abiertos. El café era bueno, pero el café podría haber sido más ordenado, especialmente el inodoro que tenía un piso muy húmedo

Yummy. We had just come back from Venice so when we saw a Gelato place we thought let’s give it a try The lady serving was really helpful. We both had a medium cone with 4 flavours. £6.20 was expensive but well worth it. The gelato is built into a beautiful flower. We ate it inside as it was raining. We will defo come back.

This café has both a main stand selling drinks, sandwiches and the like, and an adjoining pizza oven. You have to join the one queue and pay at the main stand, even if you only want a pizza. So, the queue is always - always - very long. Not just long during the lunchtime rush, no, but long even at 4pm. If the food had been amazing, it might have been worthwhile, but alas!
