Este lugar ha sido un refugio para mí como el lugar 'Oops me olvidé de comer de nuevo'. Tiene una amplia selección de platos y porciones son grandes. Se sabe que tengo suficiente para otra comida al día siguiente. Mencionaría que son solo en EFECTIVO y el tiempo de preparación puede ser significativo en horas pico (que es todo el tiempo). Solo ten en cuenta que usan MSG, que puede tener un efecto adverso en algunos estómagos.

Mi compañía hizo nuestra fiesta festiva en casa de Pedro y realmente entregaron. El espacio era un buen tamaño, y muy bien decorado. Se sentía muy navideño y acogedor. Teníamos alrededor de 90 empleados y a todos les encantó el ambiente y la comida era increíble. Pedro y su equipo fueron muy acogedores y serviciales, manteniendo la calma y logrando servir una variedad de platos diferentes. Nos sentimos muy cómodos mientras estuvimos allí y realmente tomaron la presión del equipo que organizó el evento. Nos gustaría volver en el futuro y no podríamos recomendar lo suficiente.

Un lugar precioso, tuve el tazón de desayuno acai y se veía tan bonito y estaba delicioso también. También tomé un café que era sabroso y todo llegó rápidamente. Encantador lugar para sentarse y relajarse también, muy recomendable.

Per quanto mi riguarda ha sfatato la diceria che a Londra non si mangia bene, noi abbiamo mangiato una carne buonissima (5 ore di cottura) delle patate con formaggio infornate saporitissime e i classici anelli di calamari fritti in maniera impeccabile. We had a few ciders at the Hawkes Cidery and Taproom and can recommend a visit. The bartender was very friendly and let us try several ciders before ordering. They have range of ciders, sweet as well as dry ones. We didn’t try their pizza but it looked nice.

It's the most dishonest restaurant I visited in London. Check your bill, what it says in the Manu is no what they charge. The food is very basic the service is very basic. Not recommended.

Just popped in for a quick cappuccino and to use the loo and connect to WiFi, and the two staff present were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the ambience pleasant. It makes a difference when you pop in for a small purchase and still receive cheerful service. Thank you very much.

As a loyal customer with countless stays, referrals, and visits to your lounge and restaurant, I expected better treatment. On January 10th, around 4:30 PM, I settled into the lounge for what I anticipated would be a relaxing evening. I had a pending call and politely declined an initial drinks offer owing to this call. However, despite this, I was interrupted *three more times* during my 30-minute call with increasingly insistent requests to order. The final straw was a "reserved" sign placed on my table, making it abundantly clear I wasn't welcome. To add insult to injury, a staff member I recognised justified this aggressive approach as hotel policy. This blatant disregard for my comfort and previous loyalty is unacceptable. The consequence? I've cancelled my membership and taken steps to redirect both my own future stays and those of my clients elsewhere. Let's illustrate the potential financial impact of this with a simple calculation: * **Cost:** £7.00 (the price of the drink I was repeatedly pressured to buy) * **Benefit (avoided loss):** £75,000 (a conservative estimate of my business value over the next 6 months) This results in a **negative BCR of -10,714.29**. For every £7.00 you *didn't* earn due to this poor service, you've potentially lost £75,000 in future revenue. Hilton Operations Management, I urge you to consider the long-term costs of customer dissatisfaction, even when stemming from seemingly minor incidents. We had an incredible time during out christmas dinner for a team of 20. Mimi was super helpful and made our visit great, she was flexible and worked with us when we were late ensuring that we got our food and drinks which were delicious. Shout out to Mimi and the team for such a nice time
