We found this place by accident just walking along the Southbank when we spotted their sign directing us down the little lane. This place is definitely worth visiting. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. We were only there for coffee but very impressed with the overall menu. My husband had the pork sausage roll and I had their carrot & pecan cake with orange cream cheese frosting. Both were fresh, homemade and very tasty. If you’re in that neck of the woods and don’t want to resort to using the usual chain coffee houses we highly recommend this place.

Desde entrar por la puerta hasta salir, un placer absoluto. Nunca he visitado este Nando ya que estoy aquí visitando a la familia. Pedí una comida para llevar en línea y entré a recogerla. Inmediatamente me encontré con una sonrisa, una bienvenida y me preguntó si necesitaba una mesa. Llevó a donde recoger mi pedido. La persona detrás de la caja (Mark) estaba charlando con alguien (obviamente un habitual y no puedo culparlos!). Se fijó en mí inmediatamente, se excusó de su conversación y vino a preguntar mi nombre y preguntó cómo estábamos, etc. TAN PERCEPTIVO y consciente de lo que es un gran servicio al cliente. Comprobé que tenía todo lo que necesitaba y luego fui directo a comprobar mi pedido. La encantadora Chelsea se me acercó y me dijo: “Espero que no te importe esperar 2 minutos, ¡te estamos haciendo patatas fritas frescas! Claro que no me importa. El personal entonces hizo una conversación genuina con nosotros y otros esperando su comida y comprobaron que estábamos bien.
