The box my pizza was presented to me in had collapsed outwards on the sides and it wouldn’t close properly so I asked for it to be put in another one after picking it up and not being confident I’d make it to the car without the pizza falling out. The girl took it to the man who had placed it in the box but he refused to put it in another box and just tried to force the box together on all sides making it worse. When the girl came back with it I again asked for another box but she just awkwardly told me it would be okay. I said I wasn’t happy about it but it was clear I wasn’t getting another box. I managed to get it home before it fell out on my kitchen bench (thankfully). I did not know that pizza boxes were so expensive that they couldn’t be replaced if the staff effectively broke the box!

Absolutely appalling service, mediocre food and to top it all they had no Pinot Grigio and second choice was a waste of time they said they had go fetch some 30 minutes later two people came back with bags from Sainsburys but no Pinot Grigio , waitress kept ignoring us it took from 18:10 to 18:45 to order food. What a complete and utterly waste of time.

Adam is *lovely*. Super friendly! Generous portion sizes too.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Took ages. Phone twice for updates and told 15-20 minutes both times. Lied both times then said they only had one driver. In the end it took 1hr40mins. Asked for money back and they were very evasive so haven’t got it back yet. I will never buy from here again although pizzas were good when we eventually got them.

I am very disappointed with the visit to the coffee shop, I was served a cake, dry and looked like it was a month old, when I pointed out its freshness, I was served another equally dry one + 2 cubes of butter

Food ordered and collected as staying at a Hotel down the road hardly any distance, arrived cold - tasted extremely salty never had this saltiness before at a KFC I had a rice box and some buffalo bites just didn't taste right so left some of it. Ate this then was vomiting 3hrs later and upset stomach too, felt unwell for a couple of days after. Another lady at the Hotel we stayed at said she had had issues with that particular restaurant too. Personally wouldn't go here again when in the area, has put me off KFC .

Just parked up and went straight ahead for toilet and planning to order after. Lady on shift on that day was aggressively said that toilet was only for customers, I’m sure i kinda get that. Unfortunately the way she said it and her voice level I have to walk away from store. Never come back here ever again! The place was dirty anyway and floor was absolutely sticky! Would not recommend it to anyone! If I could give it negative score I would! Disgusting place and customer service!
