The best coffee shop in the World. The staff are polite and always to make you smile. The service is excellent. The food is delicious. They make a mean Mocha. It is well priced. I never feel ripped off. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I can't recommend it enough. Go you won't regret it.

Chaotic. Queue to the door because the customer at the till couldn't get their card to work. Food going to incorrect tables - customer next to us actually accepted food they hadn't ordered and the correct customer had to claim it back from in front of them. Too many items on the menu entitled 'of the day ' (soup, filled hot bap, panini, etc) with no indication of what the filling is. Staff at counter do not know either. At 14.10 the soup has run out. Staff at till totally stressed out. Probably a bad day but a couple of simple actions could make it so much better... PS menu is on a TV screen which changes so quickly that a group of 3 or more will take an extra 15 minutes to just decide which item to discover is no longer available.

Brilliant service and really tasty food especially kababs and Hong Kong pizza today was very good

This restaurant is brilliant, the food is amazing (thankyou chefs), the service was attentive. The owner and his staff went above and beyond to make us have a lovely dining experience.Especially as another large party was in around same time. Looking forward to coming back or even trying one of your other restaurants 😊

Great restaurant that I would happily go to again. Service was more than perfect, and the waiting staff were kind, helpful, courteous and extremely efficient. Food was exceptionally good and tasted very Italian, including the vegan option. I spoke with the chef afterwards and complimented him on his cooking. If I was in Durham again, I simply wouldn't bother going anywhere else. This is a really good restaurant, with good service, good food, a wide array of drinks, and all at very reasonable prices.

Best fish and chips that I have had in the UK. Skinless and boneless cod fillets with a beautifully balanced batter (also not greasy). The kitchen looked very clean and the food was very well priced. This will be my new chippy from now on. Note: they do not accept card so be prepared to take some cash along. Well worth the extra effort.

Only chinese I use. Enjoyed this family chinese takeaway for a very long time.
