The best restaurants in Darlington North East

Ordered of just eat, apparently driver couldn’t find my house. Had no phone calls, rang them up and was asked for my name and number to be called back ASAP however received no phone call back about my order instead they just cancelled it so I’m out of pocket. I would avoid this place at all costs, I won’t be coming here ever again!

Called in one morning about 8 15 am to find a lot of dirty tables and dirty floor. Actually took food out as it wasn't a clean place to eat. As I waited for food Diane appeared and I realised it isn't a clean environment when she's on duty. Thumbs down

Long queue at till saturday afternoon after spending a lot of money in store 1 person serving Home delivery driver comes and gets a free tea ? Is it policy home driver serves them self with free tea Whos paying for that ? Customers

we had been a few times in past , and was always nice , but a few days ago , we went back and had a terrible experience. service was slow , had to ask twice for our order to be taken . I ordered extra large cod , when it came , it was so small , and thin. very disappointing indeed .

Robbers said it was open but wasnt accepted the order went to it after hour and half and another customer was there with same problem accepted order and just took our money and you could see threw the window all the orders they had accepted and the name of it has changed to everyone needs to avoid this place even if change name again cause they will just rob you

Bad place missed 12 pieces in our variety bucket, we spend 18.99 for 6 pieces and 4 fries this is not on. Will not return to this one

Absolutamente tostadas de mierda, tuvimos una cada una, apenas había relleno, insípido y tan seco y duro, como comer tostadas secas, lo peor que he tenido en cualquier lugar. El personal no está realmente interesado, wernt incluso ofreció salsa, etc

Fui a tomar un café y bacon sarnie con mi familia allí mientras esperaba la llegada de un tren y la mujer se molestó mucho cuando le pregunté si estaban frescos! y le dije que sí lo están no crees que seguimos las normas sanitarias (luego fue en un murmullo rant) , Luego procedió a poner el sándwich de tocino en un microondas después de decir que estaban frescos. Es posible que desee emplear personal que no se ofenda por que se le haga una pregunta simple! y luego proceder a la comida en microondas después de decir que era fresco también podría querer aprender lo que es fresco y ciertamente no es una comida en microondas que es seguro.

Great for take away or delivery, I use this place often, always steaming hot food regardless of delivery or collection 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Visited with friends for a breakfast get together.. but will never darken its door again.. the choice was extremely limited, and the owner was incredibly rude.. when I asked for brown sauce, butter and the crusts off you’d think I’d asked for a million pounds.. what an attitude she had!! Said she was too busy as she had too much to do Totally spoilt what should have been a very special occasion.. needs to rethink her attitude.

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE*** Went for a birthday meal with my daughter. The messed up our order. Were very rude to us, when we brought it to their attention. They were very unproffesional, the manager smirking with the staff as I walked back to the table. Some of the food was nice. But a lot of it was cold. The chips were cold. the hot wings were tasteless. But the bad customer service topped it off. I would never go there again.
