If you’re looking for high quality food and friendly faces it’s the first place I would recommend. There’s 100% something on the menu for anyone whether you like it spicy or mild and no matter what you decide just know that it will be the best food you’ll find you a great price and always amazing quality. I’ve been eating this food since I was a kid and I’ve grew up loving it and growing up with the menu constantly evolving and becoming even more incredible each time. In short get yourself down here you won’t regret it.

Great food, not small portions! Great service, reasonable prices. Friendly attentive staff. Only issue is that some of the tables for two are too close together, we had to ask to be relocated to a bigger table elsewhere in the bistro. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

First class art display plus great entertainment. Bsr and food excellent also activities to suit everyone All over this year has been first class

The food and service was generally quite good but beware, this can be a very noisy restaurant at peak times. It was hard having a conversation with your dining companions even sat on the other side of your same table. Also, we had two different wines, both were sadly disappointing.

Bells was dreadful and after trying Bellas it's even worse. Soggy luke warm chips, watered down tinned mushy peas and 20 quid down the drain. Wish someone would take the place over with a decent take away.

Fancied a Pizza for the first time in ages was stuck to where to order from decided to give this place a try and wow wasn’t disappointed very nice 1/2 Kiev 1/2 Mexican pizza definitely will be back for more

We ordered the pasta and it wasn't even cooked but was soggy The garlic bread with cheese on might aswell of just not had the cheese on there was so little. We spent £30 to get the free item. That never came either. Gone to just eat to raise a refund.

Friendly service nice atmosphere and tasty food

Just wanted to commend one of your staff members for her excellent customer service. We popped in to the river bar on Saturday 09th November for a drink around 7:30pm! We were part of large group of people on a hen party. We ordered 2 salted caramel espresso martinis. When they arrived they weren’t as stated on the menu. I mentioned this to the bar staff and they said they didn’t have the ingredients. I mentioned that the price didn’t reflect the drink then as it wasn’t been served as stated on the menu. We ended up with the bar manager (a man). He took the martinis off us, attempted to throw cash back at us and was the rudest, arrogant member of staff I have ever come across in my years of visiting the river bar/fiume. He refused to give a name or complaint address and spoke to us in a despicable manner. How he was ever hired in customer service in general never mind as a manager is beyond me. However, as we were about to leave we had a saving grace with the manager over seeing the whole establishment. DANIELLE WISDOM (I hope I got this correct), came over and asked us to step outside, so we could what’s each other, to resolve the issue. She was polite, understanding and an absolute credit to the business. She offered to make us 2 normal martinis which we were more than happy with and handed her the money straight over that has been thrown back at us! She was calm and warming and listened to everything we had to say. In our years off visiting we have seen Danielle around and are pleased she has made it to a higher position. She sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and we can’t commend her enough. We hope she gets the recognition she deserves as she manages to keep customer service how it should be whilst running the business! Hats off to a wonderful manager. 👏🏼
