Visited here yesterday and was very impressed by not only the food but the service given. It is a very friendly cafe with friendly staff especially Carol who served me. I had omellette and chips - ok this dosent sound exciting but boy was it tasty! then I had roly poly and cusrard which was also tasty. I will be going back as regular as possible. First time visiting the Tramway cafe since the new owner took over. The food is really good and the service is great. Would highly recommend. I had a small breakfast, well done. See you again!

Me and my partner went for the first time yesterday and as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by David who we now know runs the restaurant with his wife and a team great staff. The food was delicious and freshly made. It was relaxing and spotless and anyone who likes good home cooking at a reasonable price won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back. Darwen's best kept secret.

Love coming here and sitting out in the sun. Great location! Love the rhubarb cider and tried the cherry beer this week and that was lush too, definitely felt it being 8%. Thankyou for our visits.

Mine and my husbands second visit and it was just as perfect as last time. This time we both had a Thali. My husband ordered a meat thali and I ordered a vegetarian thali. I asked the waiter if I could try one piece of paneer (lol) as I've always wanted to try it and the chef incorporated it into my curry. Everything was delicious and the waiter was lovely and explained everything on our thali. We will definitely be back soon ☺️

This is a great place for go if you want to see quality tribute bands. I've seen a few in the last year or so and had a brilliant night. 👏

Our second visit to this lovely restaurant & again not disappointed. Very nice, delicious meal, enjoyed by myself, my husband, & my daughter visiting from New Zealand 😊.

We had a lovely evening over at CDJ, we were on the small plates menu and we loved every dish, they sat us at the chefs table too which was nice. The restaurant is stunning, it was winter when we visited but we plan to return when we get back into summer as the outside decking area looks like a great space.
