The best restaurants in Blackpool North West

There weren't too many in, but no complaints about the service, food or drinks.

Posters throughout tell you to complete a survey for a free burger. When asking the staff if this store participates in the offer the confirmed they do. I got the code after completing the survey and presented it when ordering the rest of my meals, but they said they can only accept the code if it is written on the receipt. I did have a receipt from an earlier order in this restaurant so asked if they could lend me a pen to write the code down. The staff member asked the manager, who advised they aren't allowed to lend me a pen to write the code on the receipt, and reiterated they couldn't just input the code as displayed on my phone. Shame as I'd had a good experience up until this point, and had already completed the survey with positive feedback. The food was ok. There were lots of tables that needed clearing.

Having to spend 3 weeks in hospital over Christmas, this place was a little bit of Luxury. A bit of comfort. A Chi latt and a ham n cheese toasties was the highlight of my day. And a nice comfortable place to have visitors...

Excellent record of ordering from this store, food always hot and delicious, delivery drivers personable and I can say that I've never had a bad experience with this store. Would recommend for the area, especially over a rival store further up on Whitegate which I believe to be inferior in quality.

Staff & customer service consistently let this place down.

Always excellent service and excellent beer. Joanna and Gabrielle behind the bar were lovely and always serve with a smile. The beer is always bob on and we always feel welcome every time we come

the staff was incredibly rude, the food was cold and all together not a great experience

1om. All food lukewarm. No table cleaning g despite being quiet. No head covering on tje kitchen. Lack of handwashing among staff. Slow service.

Once again, great hospitality from Aaron and Victoria at the belle vue. Thank you to jenny for your excellent service at the bar. Until the next meal.

Great and kind staff, delightful food, decent prices. Will order more for sure. Additionally to my surprise as a new customer on the website I managed to get a decent discount too which made my day just before pay day!

Only my personal opinion.. everyone pallet is different.. had chicken with honey and chilli, chicken had no batter, sauce was like water, salt and chicken wings, they were tiny bit much meat and fried rice was yellow, no egg to see obviously no soy sauce.. again this is all personal.. was the foot delivered on time and edible.. yes it was, will I order again?? No I won't.. not bad, I obviously have a different taste

Me dieron comida para llevar anoche a las 7. 35 pm e idnit conseguir que decir 8 . 50 pm y no estaba contento con ella, ya que la comida estaba fría, así que nunca pediré de ellos de nuevo 😞
