This is the second time we have been, we had Brooke serve us yesterday and it was genuinely the best service we’ve ever received, lovely friendly and when I was feeling ill they helped accommodate me with having a new dish with no fuss, amazing place would recommend to anyone in the area or on holiday here

Awesome fish and chips the two guys serving us where bloody good chaps talked us in to the curry sauce and to be fair it’s really good if we ever come back this way I’m all in fir the mushy peas love travelling and catching up with real people what a laugh our family had

That was the worst kebab I've ever had. Sliced chicken in vinegary chilli sauce, some lettuce and onion, and a pitta on the side. This was called "large chicken kebab". Left at least half of it.

Applied for a job here for delivery driving and the whole experience was poor, competed my application and then was left waiting for the manager to call me back with confirmation of head offices approval, he never did call back so I had to chase him up for weeks I tried this but nothing still, this is ironic since when I was applying he was saying how he needs someone desperately to fill a shift slot. Just general poor communication and poor work flow management. Not a good employer at all.

Noodles WAY overcooked, giving a delightful sludgy consistency, 1 piece of beef, 1 of chicken, that I could identify, 2 pieces broccoli (no other identifiable veg bar 4-5 sad and lonely beansprouts, and one piece of flaccid spring onion), spongy egg throughout and a number of small, rather sour, peculiar pieces of 'mystery meat'. Way below even average, if this was a primary school project, it would have red pen all over it, and 'MUST TRY HARDER, SEE ME.' at the bottom. Just don't bother, frankly. There are places doing better food for under a tenner a stones throw away.

Called in after a meal elsewhere. The selections on offer are extensive. Greeted with a smile by both the staff working and they didn't rush us. Made the custard up fresh whilst we were there and boxed the desserts up nicely for us to take and eat at the hotel. Large selection of ice cream. Everything we had was spot on.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best Costa. Led by Amy this shop is amazing, it's clean, warm, friendly. The staff are all great and so welcoming. The latte and hot chocolate are wonderful and the cheese and Wiltshire ham toastie is to die for. We are always made welcome. Well done Amy keep up the good work.

Mi esposa, yo y dos de nuestros amigos vinimos aquí a tomar un café y una torta, después de caminar por Chester. Está bastante bien fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena el paseo adicional lejos del centro de la ciudad. Todo a un precio razonable y de buena calidad. El personal era muy amable y hizo que nuestra visita fuera muy agradable. Fue muy agradable sentarse en los sofás de cuero y relajarse mientras tomaba una copa.

No lift .. which is impossible if you have a newborn in a pram or a wheelchair …. And the response from an assistant was ‘use the escalator’ what !!!! Have you not got a health and safety policy …. For goodness sake a Saturday with no lift …. If you want people to shop then get the facilities l.. mend the lift !!!
