The best restaurants in Preston North West

Shocking!!! I’ve had Pepe’s in Manchester & Birmingham. This branch is significantly different. I gave them a THIRD chance but never again. I will never order from here again. When you go in to branch, the service is super slow maybe they are short staffed. You just end up waiting ages for your very small order. I ordered once for delivery. The wings were smaller than my thumb 😱, can’t believe I actually paid for this chicken wing meal and paid delivery and service fee. What a waste of money !!! Never again!! I’ll stick to the branch in Birmingham !!! It’s SIGNIFICANTLY different. Worlds apart !!!

Food arrived cold, it was literally a few strips of Donner meat, white plain rice and chips, all cold. Delivery should have arrived after 30 minutes, came 1 hour after the order. Not worth the money.

Sadly I cannot give a positive review here after the behaviour of the staff. Placed an order with them and within a few minutes I received a call saying they are refusing to deliver unless I pay more money to the driver. After explaining I had already paid the delivery costs through the app they told me the food would be delivered and hung up. After waiting two hours for the food, it was only after I requested an update on the delivery that they cancelled the order. Had this request not been made I am sure they would have tried to keep the money paid without delivering.

Seems to be with either very good or terrible. Long wait for badly cooked food. Slimy onions, stewed tea. Not going back.

massive portions, good value for money

Came before an event in town wetherspoons let us down with the waiting times so came here.Food was excellent we sat inside and the service was quick

really nice and tasty food, super friendly staff and just a wholesome vibe. would recommend the chicken tikka, so yummy and catered for an allergy easily

Chicken burger expensive but very poor. They have nothing but lettuce. When I asked for a tomato, I found out that I could only get lettuce and sauce. The employee probably worked there as a punishment and was very unpleasant and dissatisfied. I wouldn't invite anyone because it would be a shame and it wouldn't be a nice atmosphere. The burger was quite tasty, but the meat wasn't fried in front of me. The meat was fried no matter how long ago, but it was heated.

pity , they havent got a clue and are a perfectly good business into the ground . The food is terrible . I honestly hardly touched it and threw it in the bin. Would never buy from here again .

Very good size potions . Delivered on time. It would of been better if the currys had of been labelled as we had to test taste the different currys to see which one was the hottest for the hubby. Would order from you again.

Came into kfc to order food at half past ten and the girl told me they don’t have anything apart of 1 bit of chicken . And a few wings and a mini fillet . Customer service is a absolute joke yes I got my money refunded however it is obvious the staff don’t care and just want to go home I have never been treated like this in kfc in my life . Generally if you work in hospitality like I have at the highest level in 5 star hotels then get another job isn’t it

We ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs tonight, one with salad , peppers and onions one without salad. They arrived well within the time that was allocated but both had salad on and very little chicken which wax definitely not chicken tikka very disappointing we will NEVER oversee from here again an absolute waste of money 🤬

Meat and potato????? Meat & powdered mash you mean. Worst ever. Proper gone downhill by cutting corners. Dry & salty cant believe they survive in wigan

Worst chicken burger I’ve ever seen in my life. No salad no sauce just 2 buns and a stale chicken fillet. Very rude employee who used ethnic slur to address the customer. Very bad experience. I have added pics to show the difference between what they serve and what they advertise
