Great find! Lovely pub and great food

Tinah service was exceptional today! The first server explained very sweetly they had ran out of my ginger bread latte I really wanted. I was very dissatisfied! She wasn’t sure what substitute to offer me. But Tinah Overheard and stepped in and asked me what type of coffee I liked which I explained and she suggested another latte that I hadn’t had before, but sounded real good. I then went along with her suggestion and she made it for me and the first server. I didn’t get her name then said she would add two gingerbread men to my latte as I didn’t get the one that I Wanted. It tasted great, and I was happy. They made the same drink for my friend, who wasn’t able to finish it. It was cold and she wanted another one, but she didn’t want to ask. Tinah was Kind enough to remake it for her and put it in a travel cup. Exceptional customer service and his wife me and my friend continue to return as all service have been great but Tinah Service this evening before closing really stood out. I hope she is rewarded for this.

Their egg fried rice contains meat. Traditional egg fried rice doesn’t!!

Ordered food last night 10/01/25 absolutely shocking sent the wrong food when I rang I was told they don't give refunds .... think not i got my refund after arguingwithme on the phone for 10 mins.....and the young lad who works there has a shocking attitude to customers the way he spoke to me 😡 .... that's how to keep customers.... I will never give them my business after the way I was treated and spoken to disgusting customers service..... seriously gone downhill since last time I went there never again

Love the Freshfield, it's such a friendly pub, staff are amazing and there are so many cute dogs! Currently decorated with Christmas trees, it just perfect!

Best kebab and pizza in the town, never had bad food out of here pizza is better than dominos and great value as well, kebabs are great to.

Went tonight for first time as not much choice of pizza places in the area all I can say is do NOT get a “Chicken kebab” had a bite and tasted nothing like chicken tasted what I could imagine actual poo to taste like...I feel sick to my stomach I don’t know what the hell it was my partner had Donna kebab which came with a burnt make yourself pitta what a waste of good money never felt so sick in my life

Went to kiosk a couple of months ago, was dissatisfied with selection of cakes, and coffee was cold. Maybe I called at a bad time to miss the cakes but I will not be returning to find out, overall disappointed.

Why do have to build your own kebab ?

We came for the pottery wheel class and it was great fun. Great having one one one help from Sarah as we had never done it before and we ended up both being able to make something to take home in the future :)
