The best restaurants in South Ribble North West

if you’re planning to go before 1:15 don’t bother, i walked half an hour to get my little girls lunch from there as it says open and closes at 1:15, but it was shut. so don’t bother

We popped in for lunch today and enjoyed the Sunday roast. We both had roast beef and I had a side order of cauliflower cheese. The food was really good and the selection of drinks excellent. Friendly and relaxed with a roaring fire making it cosy and warm. We will go back again for sure 🤩

Wait with deliveroo and take away orders in the doorway with the smokers before they can find you your seat. Poor service, but the choice and food was good, bar maids where the only really great thing about the visit. Expect to wait over an hour for your food if it's not a carvery and no plates for your pizza.

New to the area so decided to check out a few pubs with my mate. Both of us went in during the Leeds v Sheff Wednesday game and were completely blanked by the guy behind the bar who walked straight past us a few times in a 5 minute period and its far to say he was much more focused on chatting up two women on the other end of the bar. Left and went somewhere else instead Edit, I didn't say the Leeds v Sheff Wednesday game was played on a Wednesday. Sheffield Wednesday is the name of the team. It was a Friday night game on the 23rd August

i honestly wish i could give negative stars as this is the WORST subway i have EVER been to. waited 28 minutes to order a footlong dipper, had 2 workers making one sandwich for those 28 minutes, both of them laughing joking and not doing what they’re payed to do, shits embarrassing fix it. my family will not be returning

Awful people awful takeaway. Liars and thieves. Said they delivered our food that did not arrive???. 42 pound out of pocket. Reading some reviews we are not the only ones who have been let down bye this Chinese. 0 review

I order or buy once in a month for value meal Chicken with fries and drinks which is my Fav. So far it’s in my tastebuds I really like it compare to other takeaways. And good customer services too. ❤️❤️❤️

Bit late reviewing but I went for my 40th in February. As my Dad was unwell we couldn't travel very far Only a couple of other tables in and a limited menu but absolutely no complaints at all. Had a lovely meal, didn't need any more choice. All the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed it and glad we went

So sad! This place used to be brilliant. Just come with my daughter - had an open sandwich with halloumi- it did say it had chilli sauce on but it was drenched in it. The bread was soggy! The accompanying portabella mushrooms were button mushrooms I can only guess were left over from breakfast. I raised with this waiter and the fact he didn’t look surprised said it all!! Didn’t offer a discount though just took the money!!

I've ordered a few take aways from wonderland and have never had any issues. The food is lovely and I particularly like their salt and pepper squid, pork and aubergines and yeung chow chow mein.

Went on Tuesday 20th August for breakfast with a friend to be greeted with we have run out of bacon !!!!! Obviously not on top of the job, how can you run out of Bacon? and Tesco being just down the road. Perhaps need to stock up

I’ve been a member of Ribby Hall for several years now. Every time we try to order a pizza on the Ribby Hall App it says there are no time slots. Then when you try to ring it just rings out. On the last 3 occasions I witnessed staff simply not answering the phone. Then they claim there’s a problem with the phones. Today we tried to order a pizza on the app and weren’t able to. When I went to collect the pizza that we had to order in person, there was a female member of staff making pizzas with no gloves on. She also handled money and failed to wash her hands before continuing to make the pizzas. There was only myself and another customer waiting to be served. Two male members of staff just looked at us rather than asking us what our order numbers were. There was food ready to go under the serving lamps but myself and the other customer had to physically ask them to hand over our food. It’s like we were invisible. They clearly hate their jobs and get no satisfaction from it at all. If this place was on the main high street I think it would have gone bust by now. The staff here are rude and lazy. As I walked towards the bar with my food one of the staff followed me and heard me speaking to one of the staff on reception. He then started trying to argue with me about the appalling service. I would rather drive to Blackpool to Dominoes than use this place again. Nothing but lazy obnoxious staff!

Hab breakfast here 12.8 24 was good value and tasted good and belive me I have my own cafe so no what a breakfast should be like nice friendly staff .

This place gone down to the hill, used to be one if the best place now one of the worse one around. Will never gonna go back, foods running out no topping up, asked few times totally ignored, paid for the drink again no topping up after finishes, pakkura was oili.
