The best restaurants in Brighton and Hove South East

Gorgeous pub with lots of cute little areas, would definitely come back for a drink. However, quite chilly inside and charging £18 for a pie which seems a bit steep for a pub!

The food was fantastic, staff were lovely. Would go again anytime, brown shrimps on crumpets was so tasty, as we're the oysters with rhubarb & ginger, tried to book to go again today, but sadly booked up for 😔

Este solía ser uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Brighton, pero ahora se siente como un montón de pequeños trozos de comida chatarra promedio de London Road servidos uno tras otro al mismo precio que un restaurante de alta cocina. Una pena que también estaba en un lugar muy conveniente.

I am SO into SAS - SASSO! Love this place it’s the only restaurant that made a special hot chocolate concoction for us upon curious request. SASSO is the easiest, chillest, well priced dinner option in all of Portslade and Hove imo.

We are regular customers here and highly reccommend it as we really enjoy the food and appreciate the accomodating staff! The menu caters well for meat eaters and vegetarians. You get an extra treat of a baklava too at the end of your meal!

Very good standard of food, 2 beef and 1 chicken roast for Sunday lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well worth seeking out

What can I say? So far my favorite place for a Sunday roast has always been The Bristol Bar in Kemptown (which is always exceptional). So what a delight to find this place in Pyecombe. Me and my girlfriend came here today for a Sunday roast. What a lovely pub. And the amazing staff (big shout out to the wonderful Alyssia who was just delightful and very friendly). The lamb roast was delicious. Pretty much every thing was perfect. I would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be going back for more. 10/10 for everything and a huge thank you to the wonderful staff.

Very friendly staff one lady and the chef but I'm sorry I can't remember their names. Polite friendly and chatty. Lovely to see proper old fashioned customer service. Great atmosphere great cup of peppermint tea with honey. It was a long day so nice to relax in a lovely atmosphere and comfy seat. Next time I go to Brighton I'll have more than just a drink. The food I saw served looked great.

It’s great whenever we go there we have a good time 5/5 :) Excellent pasta the sauces are always amazing and the chips are delicious!

Terrible service could not wait to get you out even half way through the desert, I’ve been coming here for years food has gone down by size at least 50%, You won’t be getting my custom after spending over £200
