Holy crap turn that music down - it was crazy today - I want to eat in peace not listen to the junk you play at high volume. I have no issue with loud music (....I mean I listen to death metal FFS....) but a public eating space just ain't the right place for it.

I'm being harsh about the food.

How can you give a rating for an Atmosphere when there wasn't one?! The food was bland, dry and came out in stages. With the periods in between dishes being quite lengthy. The staff were eating whilst serving and on their mobile phones. The manager looked like she was chewing on a wasp. Overpriced for poor quality food.

Positive. Food is lovely. Great flavours. Everything we ordered was sublime. The wings were so tender they fell off the bone. The salads are fresh, great flavours and texture. Flat bread is gorgeous. Kofta is over cooked though, very dry. The tagines are so good. Negatives. Service or shall I say lack of service. From the moment you wait to be seated to the point of paying, it’s so slow it’s unbearable. The tables do not get cleaned between the servings. The lady who finally brought the mains to us was just not interested. Asked her to clean the table, she moved the dirty plates and empty cans to another table? The food is so good, but this is the second time we have come and today the restaurant is quiet and the service was worse than when they are relatively busy. As disappointing as it is, we will not be coming back.

Was given a menu at the door lovely service especially Clair at the till she even gave me a Nando’s loyalty card and explained how to set it up 10/10 would love to return with friends and family

Lovely decor and customer service was incredibly nice. A strange thing was the flat-white cost more than the regular latte?, which to me does not make sense. You're getting less water through the coffee grounds (1:1 ratio), and you're getting less milk. I asked the staff why, and they were very polite to explain the difference, saying they tamp twice(why?), and ended the question with "Its more difficult to make". I was very disappointed with the staffs coffee preparation, they missed a-lot of crucial steps in making a decent coffee (Forgetting to wipe the portafilter basket for starters), and I could not finish my drink. The milk was burnt and the coffee tasted metallic. It was really disappointing as I know how good Nero are within the city from the occasional visits I've gave them, but they fell short here. Staff need training on making decent coffee. Other than that, staff were very kind and informative of seasonal beverages, and service was speedy.

Perfect venue for a meeting breakfast. Jess was amazing at looking after us and the food was hot, presented well and tasty.

This Yo restaurant is amazing. They provide excellent service and food is always fresh and tasty. There’s a good balance of hot and cold food with options for vegetarians/vegans. We always have a great time eating out and keep coming back as our favourite place to dine. Kids always ask to go to Yo first which must be a good sign!

Achari curry used to be so tasty unfortunately my last two weren't good at all. Food was very poor and prices has increased! I'm sorry to say it was my last visit...

I was having one if those long days until I entered the Fleming grill buffet everything was cooked to perfection. I had seven plates of food because it was that good.
